WOW, been watching the scenes from Buenos Aires - gut wrenching stuff! After an incredible 110 yrs, one of the world's great football clubs is relegated. Makes you really think - two years ago, we were on the brink of such an abyss. Thank you again mister Reja.  Congrats to Carizzo, who after trying his best with us, finally managed to destroy a legendary club. I wouldn't let this bad luck charm even get off the plane in Rome.

Tragic really. No doubt the Boca Juniors fans were celebrating long into the night. Salas and Almeyda both played for River so a sad day for some former Laziale as well.

^ I should make it clear as well, really sad. As a dispassionate spectator, it's sad to see this. So now Lamela costs half?

Whats the deal with Carrizo now? River surely cant afford to keep him, so does he come back to us by default?

I couldn't believe it, A great club like that, I'm in shock, It's my favorite Argentinian Team. I have cousins that live their and support them a well, so so sad, they produce so many good players.

Forza River.
