Wow! Napoli beat Juventus. I thought napoli were going downhill too but they had things a lot tougher than we did. This is the same thing I was hoping Lazio to do to restore credibility, to beat 1 big team to show that we mean business and can compete at a high level.. unfortunately we did the opposite and lost to the smallest teams and now look like a team of pussies.

This is yet another team that we have to play and don't think we'll pull it off.

Napoli are lucky to have Hamsick .. that kid is amazing!

Milan improved considerably recently, perhaps Ronaldinho has something to do with it? Yet more assists tonight. 2-0, solid win against a very solid, top 10 destined Parma side. I think when we invite the Rosseneri to come and play next week, we're screwed!

Yeah milan seemed to be picking up steam and not surprisingly will most likely pick up the top 2 or 3rd spot. I agree we're screwed.

After Donadoni was sacked, Napoli is getting better. But the thing attracting attention to me for 2 weeks is that Napoli know what Non Mollare Mai is. Both against milan and juventus, they never give it up and took what they wanted by coming back.

I have the same feelings with you Latius, thats something I want Lazio to do but..........

I watch a big of Giostra del Gol, and witness DeSilvsestri assist a goal and Bari almost overtake fiorentina. Looks like Bari means business .. they were ALL over sampdoria .. another Serie B team which has more of a future than Lazio.

Marchionni's goals for Viola were stunning, great pick up from Juve btw, but Mascara's goal for Catania in that one is a trademark belter, make sure you see it

Bari are fantastic, unlike us, they have a Plan A and Plan B. They played attractive football against us, but grounded out a dogged point against Samp. Nearly got all 3 points too, with a penalty that wasen't, and a disallowed  goal on top of that. Huge credit to Bari, they have some good players. I'd take Alvarez and Rivas tomorrow if we were offered them.

I also watched a bit of Cagliari and have to say Nene and Matri were both very impressive.

Saw both of the chances Bari had .. can't believe he missed the penalty and not sure what happened when they scored at the end .. offside maybe ?

Yeah was apparantly offside but didn't get a good look at it.
Cagliari are performing as they are now, solely, and only, because of mister Allegri. It's all about the manager, he is able to get the best out of all of his players. Shame we ain't got that. Btw, I've thought this for a good season or so now, Biondini 4 Lazio? Terrific solid player.

Nene was a quiet, but top signing in the summer for Cagliari.

Top scorer in Portugal for Nacional last season. Cagliari, much like Udinese, know how to find a player.

hey guys today i felt quite sick and was not able to watch the lazio game online. Instead I was lying down watching Viola vs. Catania. De Silverstri played very very well. He contested balls that were not even in his favor and were coming up with the ball. He ran the whole 90 minutes even with a half hour short a man. I didn't tune in in time to see the first Viola goal but the other two were both set up by De Silvestri. He was a terror on his flank and joined the rushes and almost had two goals which he should have finished both easy but didnt find the right touch on the ball on one and the other was blocked at the Catania defenders full stretch. I have to say I am very impressed by De Silvestri today and he looked like a last season Lichsteiner and/or perhaps better. A hard 90 minute runner and almost was involved with 4 goals today.

Any one else watch Atalanta v Juve. 2-5 in the end, with some super goals it has to be said. Melo, Diego amongst them. Three disallowed Juve goals,  as well. Combine that with 2 disallowed goals in Athletico v Real tonight, and ive seen 5 disallowed goals today. A personal record there.

Good. Because that gives some forum members a reason to focus on the matters at hand.
