"get tired of watching the merda travel around Europe playing excellent teams "

Except when they get beaten 7-1

CL is very important, A uefa spot is great for the club but will not boost the club's image much or bring in alot of money.  Most teams in UEFA don't really focus much on the competition and concentrate on the domestic league which is good in a way if you really want a trophy.

The 4th CL spot will be out of reach only if nothing is done to boost the mid-field in the mercato.  Fiorentina, Genoa and Napoli have done very well utilizing quality players that don't have superstar status and salary.  What's amazing is how fast Napoli and Genoa have gone from low Serie B teams into first rate contenders for Serie A.

We are trying to follow the same path but have not had the luck in getting the skillful midfielders.

Fiorentina lost today against Lecce which is unbelievable. Juve will be another test they are motivated with the Inter's draw now so they are back in contention for the scudetto.  That game will either be great or a disaster.

I'm watching the milan - merde game right now.. if your looking for a link this one is great and you can harass merde fans at the same time ..lol

http://www.mogulus.com/ev1

the merde is the preferred result in my opinion, but milan losing is also good because it opens up the third CL spot a little more for competition. With milans payroll you'd think they'd steamroll the merde. Still another half to go so we'll see.

Haha true that was sweet indeed, to be honest i think our team is almost strong enough for CL qualification...maybe a creative midfielder would strengthen us..it is down to how well the team has gelled this season that will decide our fate

this week is massive but i have faith in our team i think we'll beat juve

Forza Lazio!!!  06

Yeah not bad, we can't compete with Milan so a victory would have been better.  I hope that Lazio can cause the larger teams some problems in the second half like cagliari drawing inter, we have been getting shelled ever time we play these teams and its about time for a win or at least a draw and we tend to play well against Juve so hopefully this momentum continues.

Real shame Milan didnt win as Merda are likely to pick up 3 points against sampdoria midweek with there game in hand. I think this is shaping up to be a really exciting serie A season. Pato proved again that Serie A has some of the best youngsters in world football with himself , Lavezzi, Hamsik, Zarate, Diahkite and Giovinco amongst others sure to be world beaters in the years to come. We will battle Napoli, Genoa, Roma and Fiorentina all the way for fourth place, which should make every week have a cup final feel to it.

I guess a tie isn't the worst thing. I mean at least like this the merde are still scrambling for points and milan isn't keeping a big lead on the 3rd place spot. I agree the way things are going every weekend will be a battle with a final cup feeling. Even though the merde are playing samp wednesday I wouldn't count on them winning. Samp is hurting for points as well. The merde are officially in the top 10. I really hope they don't join the race for 3rd or 4th with us or even pass us would hurt. The merde will have to play few days after Samp against Torino who's in relegation zone.

Much as I prefer a riomer loss, a tie keeps us closer to Milan and we should be aiming up, not looking down at riomers.

Just finished watching the milan - fiorentina match. I was so hoping fiorentina would tie it up, considering they dominated the whole game and had so many chances. I really felt bad for them to outclass milan and not get a lucky and deserved break.

What a good game that was and what a great player pato will be. Having said that Fiorentina showed there quality and should have got somethin. I think Jovetic will be a super player in years to come.
