LAZIO PATRIA NOSTRA

Please don't get hysterical, he was invited by Brocchi to work out with the non-internationals and get into shape. This is not a tryout. Still, it gives me the warm and fuzzies to see Bobo in a Lazio kit again. (Though I think he's an idiot as a person). Hope he rekindles some of that good karma from those golden years.

Even though most of the time he would have started from the bench, he scored the most important goals for this club.

That really is cool. Vieri was an icon back in the day and i used to love him.. too bad he went from Bobo Vieri to Bobo the Clown over the years.

Always found him totally bizarre as a human - the body of an Aussie, the voice of an Aussie, but the football career of an Italian. Can't knock his talent, and that goal for Atletico Madrid is amongst the finest ever.

A real quality player when he was with us, and Madrid, and Inter. Lethal left foot. There's no doubt in my mind that had we had him for a whole season in the 1998/99 campaign as opposed to just 22 games then we would have won the Scudetto that season.

Still, I will never forget that goal against Mallorca.

Bobo Vieri was and still is one of the best players that played in Lazio..His strength and left foot were awesome
Good to see him wearing Lazio shirt again..But bad to see him being fat like a donkey..

I have to agree that he was a substantial tool that we loved and I am sure the technical staff also loved. Welcome back!!!! Even when its only temporary.
