Once again RSC situation is floating...This fucking guy is looking for guarantees everywhere.  The fact that he's holding out for special promises scares me that he's trying to cover his ass b/c he's not 100% fit.  Let's cut the chord with this guy and leave him in Paraguay! Avanti Macheda!!!!

On another note Lazialita is reporting that we are in pole position to sign Fabio Santos.  "Santos is requested to facilitate the left side "orphaned" by Garrido." Gilmar Rinaldi, his agent said yesterday was still in Brazil, coming to Rome by a couple of days, will meet with Lazio to develop the operation.

Brocchi, in an interview with Sky: "Si parla poco dei nostri meriti e molto delle nostre sconfitte" (Little is said about our merits, and much about our losses). Have to say, despite the poor form of late - this is a pretty good team and we are in the top 5 - imagine that after last year. We need to wake up yes, but maybe the public flogging is excesive. Forza Lazio!!!

this sort of attitude sounds familiar. "we won suppercoppa, we have a great squad already"         "we were second place, we have a great squad already"

no no no.. this is a fucken sign were going down the drain. We couldn't beat Genoa Lecce Bologna this year already and got a last gap goal from a substitute to win samp without its defenders and before all this we won because of own goal to udinese. If we want Europa League we have to take this more seriously. Perfect time to start slugging if we are going to, the mercato is available right now and we must reinforce. We must make Europe. I will be devastated if we don't and absolutely thrilled if we do.

^^ so we should....?... spend like drunken sailors and hope for the best until we're bankrupt again? There's only so much that can be done during the Janury window. If we get Ziegler and hopefully another mid/striker we should be ok.

Those were great times wasn't it?   .. followed by a scary scenario of course. When in doubt, spend. ACM does it Inter does it Riom used to do it until a credit company took over. Lotito doesn't do this nor can he. But this team definitely needs something.

We used to rely on energy, motivation, tactics and Laziale symbols&pride(i.e Olimpia's presence) to have maximum concentration from defense to strikers. Now it seems everything is not there anymore and it is just another days work.

If we get Ziegler and hopefully another mid/striker we should be ok.

For a winter mercato, that is decent. 3 additions which 1 is only seen so far. But we can't let this opportunity slip. We are here now in a significant spot in the table and Lotito should be going nuts on this mercato after seeing how incompetent we have now become. Genoa Bologna Lecce were our points to help us down the stretch.. its only going to get tougher from here.

I agree that we should, clearly, be pleased with 4th given how last season went. But, on current form we won't be there much longer, so we need to add some more. If we get into Europe the real test will come in the summer with who we add then, because the last two times we have achieved European qualification the mercato's have been jokes.

Maurito's suspension has been reduced to 2 games. He'll be back next week against Chievo.

I would like to share with you guys, some parts of the Lotito Interview about our beloved Lazio!!! Definitively interesting remarks (Sorry about the bad quality of the sentence, but it is translated with Google translator :))))

1.Win the championship, sooner or later?
"I have already won: Italian Cup, Super Cup. Remember Mourinho? He said zero titles Rome, Milan zero titles, zero titles Juve, Lazio a title, because we were the only ones to take a trophy to his Inter (Super Cup, ed)

2.We did not understand. We talked about the scudetto?
"Who would not like?  But the title of Cragnotti of 2000 I paid. Give me one million of the old issue and i will win everything. When I arrived there were 550 million euro debt.  I've already won the championship, is the budget. "

3.Chapter stadium. For years, talk about it, when you really build?
'Up to me, is ready in three years. The problem is that the law has not yet been approved for speculations exist. But on stage I was the first, after Viola (President of the Roma in the Eighties, ed), submit a project. Today we have all understood the importance.  Let's say, three years after that give me away. "

4.The fans begin to boo the coach.
"I can say one thing: the fans have to the fans. The fan must think to watch the game.  In Naples, the fans are valid because they always fill the stadium. We are the quarter, we clearly beat Napoli and the stadium was half empty. "

5.It is true that the youth of Lazio is not working properly?
"This is another urban legend. We pulled out Cavanda, and also Perpetuini and Kozak.  Libor is enough to catch me looking at him and said "this is Toni Young." I made him sign the contract on the hood of the car while running away at the airport. I made him miss the plane as well. "

6.Would you be willing to sell the club?
"Never. I knocked an American to tell me that I have to sell, that I have to go for the debt. Lazio hold me and I will win this challenge. When I am fed up with the pass to my son. "

Wow some high and lows of emotion reading that. 550 million in debt in 2000? holy fuck man.

Lotito is passing this club to Lotito jr. when he wants to get rid of it.. managia la miseria.

Even though that article doesn't translate well when you go word for word to english, it wouldn't surprise me if that stupid merda actually sounded like that and as uneducated as totti.

Inter administrators Marco Branca and Rinaldo Ghelfi along with agent Carlo Pallavicino have been referred to the national disciplinary commission for colluding to engage in unauthorized negotiations that brought the Pandev to Inter. I doubt much more than a slap on the wrists will occur, but as it turns out, all that bs about ingrown toenails and mistreatment have proven to be just that - bs. Now where did all those pandevites go? Enjoy the best seats in the house Goran.
