Foggia could very well be a good bargaining chip in a deal but if we keep him he can still play an important role down the line.  He plays better in a central offensive role than when he is pushed too far on the wing which reduces his options.  He needs to be able to run anywhere he wants without regard for defence.  Right now he just doesn't fit well in this system.   When the system doesn;t work and the coach is an idiot even talented players fail.  i.e Juve

Hey, I won't cry if he leaves. Either way, he's not worth getting rid of - I mean, if there's no trade for him, then he can stay.

exactly,  plus there is a heap of other players on that list that have no skill or ability to go.  Foggia is at the back of the line for must leaves

Unfortunatley those are the 3 permanent members of the Lazio Council that have unlimited power to spread stupidity in the world of Lazio

I had no idea where to put this... anyway. Wherever you are in Europe, North America, the Middle East... wherever. Try not to smash your computer screens.

The representative of Lazio pair Sebastiano Siviglia and Roberto Baronio has revealed his clients would be happy to commit to new long-term deals, but admitted the latter is frustrated with his lack of playing time under new boss Edoardo Reja.

Defender Siviglia netted a spectacular back-heel goal in Saturday’s 1-1 draw with Fiorentina, but midfielder Baronio was again left out of the squad.

“Siviglia has great experience and charisma,” agent Federico Pastorello told Il Corriere dello Sport.

“He wants to end his career at Lazio. We have already talked to the club and we will talk again in April,"
he said before turning his focus to Baronio.

“He was a regular under [Davide] Ballardini and often wore the captain’s armand.

“Now he is not even being called up. He had options to leave in January, but Lazio refused to release him.

“Roberto has proved he can still give a lot and if Lazio want to keep him, he would be happy to stay. We’ll see over the coming weeks.”

Fucking knew this was going to happen. We are the only p*****g club that rewards shit players when they do something... ANYTHING. A new contract for scoring a 'gay' goal... mamma mia. I knew it, we will be stuck with Siviglia until 2022. A long term contract... he is already 37, what the hell long term contract

As to Baronio... that comes back to Lotito. It's clear Reja doesn't want to Baronio. If we had sacked Ballardini in late November like he should, then (presumably Reja would havae still been the main target, who the fuck knows really) we could have been shot of that useless garden gnome.
The only reason he would be happy to stay is because he isn't good enough for anyone else. God in the nicest possible way, I detest this club sometimes.

Siviglia will be our own Maldini
And that only because he had a good game against Fiorentina -.-
This pisses me off...

And Baronio...
This player sucks the most, because we maybe get rid of the other shit players (Manfredini and Bonetto rescind their contracts and Makinwa hopefully leaves in sumer) but Baronio will stay long, believe me.

Here's another article:

translate and read that shit, unbelievable...

I thought Reja would be tough but it turns out he is just a pussy like ballardini.  Blaming the fans for not coming to watch some piece of shit performance and asking why mauri gets booed when he cant even score on a blatant break away.  God I wish we had a coach like mourinho.  He tells everyone to go fuck themselves.  When he loses hes pissed but doesn't blame it on anybody he just tells everyone to fuck off who asks him about it.  Hes got balls and takes chance unlike pussies like ballardini and reja.

Yeah, Baronio did wear the Captains armband didnt he, which was a joke in itself. Siviglia has ended his career at Lazio, it was over years ago for him.

What a bloody joke. Siviglia belongs to the geriatric division and his agent knows that. Do not let your imaginations run wild just yet. My theory about Ballardini's homosexuality was never verified but I still firmly believe there was a connection between that and Roberto "I will serve you well" Baronio's playing time and therefore the contract extension our legendary midfielder was contemplating upon. Reja probably told him to go bugger himself instead. If Lotito needs to be convinced still, I know not.

Its not Siviglia, Baronio and Mauri the once to blame. It our fucking management, they simple want loyal bitches. While Kolarov and Muslera wait for conntract renewal and earning peanuts.

*I just visualized Muslera knocking on Manfredini door asking for eggs
