Nothing concrete on the keepers yet although la lazio siamo noi seems pretty sure that they both will not be Lazio players by this time next week. Oh, and they are saying the same about Makinwa as well with Wisla Krakow being the likely destination.

Our squad of 48 has been trimmed already to 41 and we must keep going in this direction.

I keep reading these news too, it is just that I am skeptic, because the Bonetto case for instance was supposed to be a simple termination of contract by mutual agreement but ended up in court. As for Makinwa, it looks like he has changed his mind about Poland not being very attractive an option. Go, Makinwa, go.

We are definitely going in the right direction. I am actually rather surprised to hear and see this much happening so soon after the season's end. I wonder how long will it take before the first major disappointment. Like, what if Lotito does not vattene?

Lotito says he hasn't put Kolarov on the market because the market hasn't open.

And then he goes on as his usual self. He claims in total Lazio didn't have a bad season because we beat Inter and got the Supercoppa out of it and Inter won Serie A and champions league. He says even though he didn't expect a 12th place finish, the lazio team is not poor(quality).

Yeah he has a point actually. Infact rather then not having enough quality, we have too much! I think we should look to sell some of our best players.

Lotito has also stated that the club is working to strengthen the team to build up a more competitive team compared to last year. Things are definitely going in the right direction for the time being but the more players in different positions we are linked with the more worried I become. We should really be concentrating in weeding out the weak first and then bringing in a minimum number of reinforcements to ensure the quality of them. Instead of looking for a replacement for Cruz, as we apparently are, we should bring Barreto and Kozak in the squad. Could be perceived as risky business but midfield and defense are far more pertinent issues, I think, for the summer mercato.

And what do you know, Roberto "I am living a spring of recovery" Baronio is delighted to tell us he and his agent will meet Lotito next week. He is hinting the desire to stay at the club is mutual. Between whom, I fukking wonder. Vattene.

The overhaul has to start in the administration. Either Lotito sells the club or he puts things right (i.e. along the lines we discussed earlier - a DS and new administrators to run the club). The more time that goes by the more anxious I become that this promised change in attitude won't come. I am seriously becoming pissed.

There hasn't been even the slightest rumour about changes in the administration. I am expecting another senseless mercato under the guideance of merda presidente.

Once again Guido Deangelis, say it like it truely is. Even before the beginning of last season he predicted the outcome after a dorment mercato and I agreed with his every word. Guido is someone that understands that under Lotito we won't see any radical changes and we've had enough. If you're not going to do anything drastic .. please VATTENE! No more excuses, no more using fluky victories and seasons as a crutch to doing nothing. We need changes!

What about the Peruzzi rumours? Isn't he coming in after the World Cup.

Yeah, I read Guidone's piece, He's absolutely right...unfortunately. Nothing has changed. After everything we went through, what was needed was a sign - immediate and unambiguous, that the society was changing and heading in the right direction. Instead, I feel like it's deja vu all over again (sort of speak). Nothing is happening except a handful of rumours, none of which are even that interesting. This guy lacks even the most basic grasp of human nature. Instead of making the smallest of gestures towards the fans immediately - at least to make the appearance of change and progress, he does absolutely nothing.

There were signs. Rather immediate too I would say. As discussed before one should not have raised any hopes because of that. Optimism and hope with Lotito does not usually pay off. I only believe there will be significant changes when I see them happening. So far, Muslera's contract extension and 3-4 players out of contract is more than I could have expected two weeks after the season's end. That has already strengthened the team. Things are therefore going in the right direction. The only thing we can do is to observe and discuss the developments. Of course, sometimes I wonder why we even bother. We might just as well sit down, close our eyes and see what the situation is in August. The most important thing, though, is that whatever happens the resistance against Lotito must not cease.

Juve have a new coach and DS literally days after the end of the season. That's how a class outfit operates.
