I think it's split 25000/25000 for both teams and the rest will be put up on selling. I don't know where I read this though but I think its relevant info.

definitely lazio supporters will get the most of the rest that will be put on selling so lets hope we are going to have a lot more support  than samp.I really wanna try to make this trip to rome but the promblem is finding tickets for the game and i have nobody to go with as all my friends are not lazio fans.But sometimes dreams come true.
