This guy is a merda fan and appears to be very drunk. I speak italian pretty well but I can't make out what he's saying. This was clearly posted by a Lazio fan.

That's been around for ages and it's a b ecome a joke for Laziali (i.e. this is what the real romanista is like). It's from 2001. I don't think it's funny to make funny of the mentally challenged.
