I dont see lazio play 4-4-2, our central midfielder doesnt have whats required to play in the middle of the park, except if we play ledesma (with hitz as a partner), or maybe we can try kolarov in central midfielder... well, i hope edy reja bring ledesma in,,, the most lfwaverimportant thing is lazio start to win again though,,.

Numbers. (never like them as a kid) According to Il Tempo Edy Reja will earn 300 000e till June, if he saves us he'll get 100 000e as a bonus (how motivating ). Next season he'll earn 650 000e but things can change depending on two letters, A or B.

Best news this year, hope reja can turn us around and bring us back up the table. The formations mentioned could do well for us with foggia and kolarov on the wings and ledesma and the hammer in the midd we should be more balanced. Forza lazio

Thank god that s.o.b. Ballardini is finally gone I just hope that Reja can save the club from relegation and bring Lazio back at where they should be.

In my opinion any concerns of Reja failing at the helm of Hajduk Split, as insinuated elsewhere, will be pushed aside by his achievements at Napoli from where, as pointed out elsewhere, he was sacked prematurely. I would like to believe he did not feel at home at Hajduk and returned to Italy even if it meant a mighty challenge of saving SS Lazio from relegation. But that is just speculation. He is a charismatic figure, tougher and more passionate than Ballerina ever was, and I trust him to be able to coach the team above the red zone. It will be interesting to see how he will handle the situation with certain players who have been overlooked or given disproportionate amount of playing time by Ballamerda.

Agree on all points, coaching is more than just sending out a formation, its attitude and Reja has a strong attitude and not a loser mentality like Balla. Also coaches don't always have long life spans, even great coaches fail at points in their career so not all clubs respond equaly its a gamble sometimes. There is no reason that half a year at Heyduk should override the accomplishement of Napoli which is in Italy and was over a longer time span. If we still fail at least we know all that could be done with the players we have.

I want to say this again Reja was doing the best he can at Hajduk cuz they are in bigger shit than ours. They dont have money to buy one quality player, they dont even have money to register the club in the next season.Hajduk is bankrupt ,and if new owners dont come the club may not exist anymore. It was inposible for Reja to compete for the title when all of Hajduk's good players are leaving and the only one thats left are baronio's and bonneto's.

This made my day! I was stuck in college when i found out that Balla had FINALY been sacked and that Reja had been appointed so that brightened up my day a bit I wish him the best of luck in his new job, though he has his work cut out! Lets just hope the team keep going forward from this FORZA LAZIO!

Reja isn't a coach that can make revolution, in my opinion he's not any better then ballamerda, for example if he were a good coach he wouldn't coach at Hajduk.. nvm! Now all I want is to survive and not to play in serie B next year, then we will have high hopes for the summers transfer market, as every year. FORZA LAZIO

Welcome mr.Reja. Lets hope that you will have the ''guts'' that Ballardini not had... For me every change is a way to the morale of the players to be higher. So the change of the manager will work good in the morale of them.. You see many players like Zarate,Foggia,Lichtsteiner were out of form due to Ballardini's messing up the positions..With this new start let's hope that they will come back in good form. Let's also hope that Ledesma (for me a massive lost when he was not playing) will come back in action and with Hitzlsperger have a nice and strong couple in the midfield Time will show...
