Congratulations my fellow laziale, amazing game. Muslera and Zarate without a doubt the players of the season. Everybody gave their all and it was amazing. The commentators were saying the winners would get 10 million euros, hopefully this will be used to give some players the contracts they deserve. The importance of this win can't be ignored, maybe Pandev will stay now and with Europe we can attract some classy players.

i cant wait for the guido de angelis commentary for the maurito goal. His commentary on the goals of the derby were insane.
oh and on the second video at 9:21 i like how the guy shook delio rossi's head .. delio really needs a wake up call and find consistancy for lazio next season

I'm watching the highlights over and over. Delio really cried at the end of the game .. very emotional. Absolutely unbelievable. I was so happy to see muslera stop cassanos shot. I think everyone was a little shaky when rozehnal took the shot but it was so nicely placed. What a party it must be in rome tonite. 10 million dollars .. that should be enough to keep our great players and should bring this team to another level next year. Where we can either make uefa through the league with some better talent .. or maybe have another shot at a CL spot. Really don't care about the result in the next 3 games. This team has had a depressing season all year .. and all from penalties we have so much to be happy about.

Rossi's tears may well be because it was mission accomplished, so to speak, in his 5 years, be brought some silverware in. Mazzarri and Marino are likely to be available. Anyway, whatever will be will be. Some 4 hours after the event, still on a high! Would loved to have been in Toronto with you guys seemed you had a blast

Most thrilling game this season....the win was so dramatic and the credit goes to all players with special thanks to Muslera for making those saves and the Zarate kid for scoring the brilliant goal. Guys, I m so happy we'll be playing in Europe next year. I think with the proper signings we can rightfully dream of UEFA Cup glory. Watching Lazio win the coppa today among fellow laziali at the Curva Nord bar made the experience even more exciting and fun. Forza Lazio per sempre 01 05 09

09 What a great match and a great day!!! I especially feel happy for Fernando Muslera. After a very rough start to his Lazio career against AC Milan last season, he has truly earned his place as Lazio Keeper. Two fabulous penalty saves and a few attempts which were centimetres close: He really seemed to suffer each penalty he conceded. As for Sampdoria, I am still amazed they came into this match with such a negative strategy. Keep Mazzari away from our club! Even given all his faults, I would rather have Delio Rossi! FORZA LAZIO: UNA SOLA FEDE!

Well done boys! It was a strange night that I will remember as long as I live! The weather in Veles, where I live, was stormy at the time the match was on!!! It was pretty horrifying and it was necessary to turn off all the electric appliances, and the TV as well. But still I didn't turn off one of the TVs but I had problems with the chanell that was airing the game. Then I realised that the match was aired also on RAI Sport, and the funny part is that I didn't even know that I had that chanell at all. About the match, I was nervous all the time especially when Pandev missed that opportunity. That got me mad at him at that time and I got the feeling that we were going to pay for that mistake in the end. It was obvious that he wasn't physically prepared for this match due to his injury period of one month. Maybe it would have been for the best if Rocchi had started the match. I was very suprised to see Dabo playing at that level and he proved us all wrong adn I think he showed us that he still got what it takes. Brocchi wasn't bad himself, I saw great determination and passion in the eyes of Lich, Foggia, Kolarov and ofcourse Zarate. But we can't argue about who was the man of the match - Nando! When it all came down to the penalty shooting I was very anxious about Muslera's goal keeping. He was so nervous and that made me nervous like hell. My heart was jumping and my hands were sweating and I was having the dilemma whether I should watch it. But I found the necessary courage to stick 'till the end in front of the TV. Nando and the players were so emotional and maybe that was the key to success. When Dabo scored the last penalty I felt a big relief and i was extremely happy but I didn't cry as u sissies say u did! Forza Lazio Non mollare mai!
