VS

It's probably time to get this thread going considering its only in days we might find out whether our beloved Lazio is worthy of making the UEFA through the coppa italia route. After two straight wins this team should have come confidence to take out juve. If Genoa were able to beat Juve weeks ago and we beat Genoa yesterday .. then by A=B=C .. we shouldn't have a problem beating Juve.

Pandev is now in doubt which is a scary situation before this match. At least players like Matuzalem, Brocchi and Foggia had a rest who i'm sure will get their playing time in the big match.

Zarate seems to have found his scoring form having scored consecutively. Hopefully he has some saved up for the juve match.

Id settle for that forumula any day of the week Latius  Juventus though are a wounded animal, Scudetto hopes all but ended last night they want something to show for their efforts this season and to be fair to them they have done well as they are still rebuilding post Calciopoli, but I think we can do this. Brocchi, Foggi matu rested as you pointed out, Zarate in good form we have a good chance. I don't think we can sit back and hope for a 0 - 0, I think a goal for us could seal the deal especially if we score first.

These types of games go to the ones that want it most not just based on skill and same goes for UEFA Cup.  A winning streak could not have come at a better time, Losing the first derby lead to a downward spiral and now with the derby win and beating higher ranking Genoa chances should be good.  Hopefully Pandev can make it as he has been a key player in the cup games so far.  They better win too, it would be discusting if Samp makes it too the final and gets into UEFA.  Useless Inter lets Roma win the cup twice and now this..

365 is absolutely right. Juve will be tough game, the toughest this season and we must give 200 % on field. There will be no room for mistakes so Rossi must be clever for this one and chose the most appropriate tactic and formation. We have our 2-1 and we must try to keep them but if we are too defensive then we are fuck ( coz you know how good is your defense). Too bad for Pandev and there are still no news if he or someone else is injured and how long. Also about Matuzalem ban, can he play this one?!?! However after the derby this is the game I've look forward to see. The most important 90 min of the season. Juve will bring us hell but with our last performances I think we will resist them and continue to the finale.

My most probable formation (if Pandev is injured):

                             Muslera

       Lichstainer    Sivigla  Rozendhal  Kolarov

        Brocchi    Ledesma    Matuzalem   Mauri

                        Rocchi      Zarate

Pandev, Foggia, Diakite, Dabo are injured and It's not very luckily to play this game, however Mautzalem and Borchi are back.

There is no doubt that juve match will be tough game. I think juve will care more, since they can only win coppa anymore. They want to get at least a cup before season end.

I hope we will get what we want. I think the main thing is our defence line, if D plays good and without mistake, score will come to us. Juve can take risk because they must score to reach final. So, we can probably make counter-atacks.

Juventus have been shit ever since they lost Sissoko in the midfield. They are an overrated team and we will beat them.

Report: Lazio Star Goran Pandev To Miss Juventus Date
Lazio doctors fear that the Macedonian hitman suffered a thigh strain at the weekend and could be sidelined for a month.
Lazio striker Goran Pandev limped off during the game against Genoa on Saturday and press reports suggest he is unlikely to be in the squad for the second leg of the Coppa Italia semi-final with Juventus on Wednesday night.

Il Tempo newspaper reports that the 25-year-old skipped yesterday’s training session at the Formello training ground and underwent massage therapy.

There are fears he sustained a right thigh strain which could rule him out of action for up to a month. He will undergo an MRI scan this afternoon to better ascertain the extent of the damage.

Pasquale Foggia, who missed the trip to Genoa due to a muscular issue, will also be examined, but the midfielder is expected to recover in time for the Stadio Olimpico clash.

Lazio defeated Juve 2-1 in the first leg last month. Pandev was on target along with Tommaso Rocchi.

Reports from Formelo say that Foggia will be able to play the wednesday match. But how fit is he is still a dilemma. I say we should start with Brocchi instead and wait for our chance. Juventus are the one that need to attack and score, so as long as we are calm and play our game we are good.

Hope that miracle will happen at Miliano and that Inter can beat Sampdoria. If so the game in Torino can be crucial.

I think brocchi would have started anyways if foggia was fully fit and ready to start.
We need a clean back four and maybe dabo to hold things, too bad he is injured.Brocchi can but he drift forward to often.
With foggia, rocchi and zarate the attack is fast and should be at their maximum potential.....i think it will be an open game with goals for us to cheer.
Ultimately we need to win and not depend on inter for europe..............ultimately, we need to win the cup.
Yes we can.

Hey, Juventus was banned for 1 match without fans ( because of racist attitude to Balotelli in last Juventus-Inter match ). Is it for league or in use coppa as well? Anyone knows?
