Rocchi Demands Lazio Seize Coppa Italia Opportunity
The 31-year-old is keen to take the rare chance to collect some silverware...
Lazio advanced to the Coppa Italia final yesterday, defeating Juventus 4-2 on aggregate. They will face either Sampdoria or Inter for the grand prize and Tommaso Rocchi has urged his team to win the competition.

"We have the chance to win an important trophy and that is not an opportunity that comes along every day and we cannot neglect it," the ex-Empoli man explained to Radio Erre 2.

"For many of us it will be our first final, but that will not effect us, because we know we must do our best."

Meanwhile, he also commented on the situation involving coach Delio Rossi. The Biancocelesti boss' contract expires at the end of the season and has yet to be renewed with many suggesting his future presence at the club depends on Coppa Italia glory.

"I don't know if Rossi will still be the coach of Lazio [next season]," shrugged Rocchi. "It is a strange situation, because no one knows if the club wants to keep him or if he even wants to stay. In any case, we are professionals and will give our maximum effort under any tactician."

The Aquilotti will host Atalanta this weekend at the Stadio Olimpico.

I dont think so, since final is just one match, I guess fans will be equal.
