I must ask: does anyone remember a good move from Cruz, whatever it was: a won header, not misplaced pass... something....whatever it was. I don't.

^

I remember that he ran, which made me think I was watching something fucked up.. like a Stanley Kubrick movie.

But then he didn't run again, and instead dived about the place looking for a free-kick whenever possible. Then I knew I was back in reality.

Imper, I dont think any of us are shocked with the result... more about the manner of it. There's defeats, but then there's also 'we will give you three goals through stupid mistakes' defeats. The former can happen at any time but the latter should really not happen at all.

I agree, there's losing and then there's LOSING. But to my mind, the game against Atalanta was much much worse.

i suppose you are right there Imper, at least there was still a bit of fight today. In bergamo the heads were down and we didn't do a damn thing.

^^ At least we had some attacking thrust in this game, Atalanta was a game of empty nothing.

Well, what to say, had loads more possession but did practically nothing with it. Crap upfront, all strikers were lame - Floccari, Zarate and Cruz. Rocchi didn't touch the ball either.  Mauri is not only the new Baronio but also has the attacking skills of Makinwa. Defence was appalling, even Muslera was iffy. Bad day in the office doesn't do it justice.

No, not as bad as Atalanta overall as we did put Palermo under pressure today at times but mistakes of a similar nature that cost us the tie pretty much after 30 minutes. We gift wrapped their goals, and the defence was dreadful. Mauri again missed guilt edge chances, unforgivable to be honest as he continues to do week in week out. We can't afford to play him, he's simply dreadful.

except defenders and cruz, i actually pretty content with the way lazio play today
our attacking is quite organized and able to create several chances
result-wise, i really didn't expect much from this game

We lost it, it sucks, but in a bigger picture, the attitude was different, we were trying to get back, had our misses with mauri, i think we did'nt look that disastrous, few mistakes punished with goals. The real bad news is that we face Fiorentina next week without Muslera, and Bizzari is injured, berni is the only choice

Muslera was hung out to dry.  Its the same shit with this defense.  Our defence will never ever be consistently good.  The only good defenders on our team I like is stendardo, radu and kolarov thats it.  Fuck biava, dias, diakite, lichsteiner, siviglia.  Your all shit.

Reja had a great start .. but needs to stick to a classic formation thats safe and not include players like baronio, dias, biava, and mauri. These players are fucking awful. In our time of desperation even away games should be won or tied against teams like Palermo.

Although a bad result ( losing is always bad) our position in rankings table did not change. Two points only over the relegation yes…but still over the line..The quick goal of Palermo in the first minute of the match affected the team…Anyway…WE ARE LAZIO…NEVER GIVE UP..So non mollare mai…See the next match against Fiorentina on Saturday February 27 2010 ...And hope for the best

Everytime lazio games are shown on tv I'm dissapointed.  Not that televised serie a is much better than streaming from the computer.  TLN and rai have the worst quality ive ever seen in my entire life.  No wonder people like to watch the fucking epl better.  They got high quality HD and we have retarded italians filming with their camera phones.
