Hehehe first. What to say, Merda Lazio Duel of the titans. One city, two clubs but one must fall. Merda should go down, although I hate the though that we are favorites during the recent games. AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA I can wait the derby, I'll be organizing from today and go to church if it's necessary. Pandev is back but Rocchi show us great show so our formation probably stay mystery till then.

I hope someone is properly preparing Lichtsteiner, Carizzo and Zarate for the derby and getting them to understand that the standings mean nothing. Remember, we've been the underdogs since 2001, but have won several memorable derbies since. Let's be serious, this is exactly the type of game that could relaunch their season.

We need this, a win would be 4 straight and a derby victory, would be the ultimate high.  I think it is a very dangerous spot for us though, as imperator said the standings mean nothing and we are going to have to be prepared to play a highly motivated team.  Lets face it, as a team they really need this game more than we do.  Hopefully the fact its the derby will light a fire under all of our guys, especially those whom havent played in a derby yet.  FORZA LAZIO!

Well all players wanna win this. The Merda ones an us and it doesn't really matter if they have some bad games, this is a hole new start and that's whats screwed. If we win this we will crushed Merda and probably Spaleti will be sucked, that means Merda without coach few more games (all lost) and lets hope relegation. TR18 said well, Merda needs this game more then us, but lets hope for another 3 points and CL spot.

Forza Ragazzi!!! Daje Lazio!!!!!! 00

I think someone must have done that the day they sign and take a tour in the stadium or any of our facility, not just them but all week the team and squad must be tuned up.
Carizzo may be used to that kind of setting coming from river plate.
It will be good to see them win the derby.

The day carizzo arrived, a fan held him and said please win the derby for us, he know how important it is.

Zarate Aiming For The Scudetto
Lazio striker Mauro Zarate believes his side can aim for the Scudetto this term following the 3-0 win over Siena on Sunday...
The Biancocelesti's win sees them keep up the pace at the top end of Serie A.

Tommaso Rocchi scored a double but it was Zarate's free kick which won the praise. The hit-man is delighted and he insists the Tricolore is more than just an ambition.

"I missed scoring but the most important thing is that the team won and we are in a good position in terms of the league," Zarate told Sky Sport Italia.

"My ideas from the past haven't changed and I think we can still aim for the Scudetto."

Lazio's top-scorer so far this term has his eye on next weekend's big Roman derby and he has warned the Giallorossi.

"The Derby? It's the most important game of the year for us and we head into it in great form," concluded the striker.
Zarate's free kick against the Tuscan side was outstanding. The ball curled up and over the wall and into the top corner.

He know the importance now

Aquilani Racing Towards The Roman Derby
Roma midfielder Alberto Aquilani is racing his way back to full fitness as he attempts to be back and ready for the Roman derby against Lazio...
The 22-year-old midfielder has been out since October 22 when he picked up an injury during the Giallorossi's Champions League trip to London against Chelsea.

The Italian international had suffered a muscular strain but his condition has improved over the last few days.

Aquilani had a scan last week and he has been training well since then.

He trained in the gym and on the pitch on Sunday and he may join his team mates for regular exercises on Tuesday, in which case he would almost likely be ready to make an appearance in the derby on Sunday.

I Lupi coach Luciano Spalletti is likely to keep an eye on the situation and, with David Pizarro suspended for the derby, Aquilani may find himself with a starting role against the Laziali.

Club doctor Mario Brozzi will be monitoring the midfielder who, for his part, is keen on playing.

Roma Are Favourites To Win Derby - Rossi
Lazio coach Delio Rossi is looking ahead to the big Roman derby on Sunday night, although he is not getting too carried away by the occasion as he begins the pre-match mind games...
The Roman derby is always special and it's one of the biggest fixtures in the Serie A calendar.

The word 'rivalry' takes on a whole new meaning as it rises to the next level. Winning means the victorious team rules the Eternal city which, to all die hard fans, is more important than points, prizes or even Scudetti.

Rossi is keen on glory but he is keeping his feet on the ground.

"We are looking ahead to the derby and whoever can keep their nerve will end up winning," Rossi told Sky Sport Italia.

"The league standings don't count at all during these games. Those who play with serenity will win - not those who play better.

"We will see whoever plays best at the end of the season, not in the derby.

"The game needs no introduction to the players as they are already motivated and I think it will be an equal game.

"Nothing has changed in since the previous years and if Roma were favourites two months ago, then they should still be today."

Perhaps taking the heat off his players, he added, "Roma are favourites technically, tactically and physically."

The Biancocelesti have been flying high in Serie A and they will be looking to add further misery on toiling Roma.
