    VS

This weekend Lazio face off to Genoa at the Stadio Olimpico. Hopefully this weekend can pick us up after a depressing last weekend. We will be without Ledesma and Radu for this game so it will be interesting to see how Rossi forms his midfield. Matuzalem is still injured along with Firmani who probably wouldn't get a start anyways.

Genoa are even worse off as they are missing Milanetto, Mesto and Modesto to name a few. We will have to keep an eye on Milito who's sitting atop the scorers chart overtaking our very own Zarate with 2 more goals.

Its time to start moving up on the table and show that we deserve to be at the top and keep our distance because the points will matter as Lazio have to face a gauntlet of games coming up against Juventus, Inter, Udinese to name a few. These will be tough matches and Lazio needs to show that we are no pushover for any team including our guests this weekend.

ALWAYS AND FOREVER!

Yeah, this is a game that we have to use all our forces to get three points after what happened last week! I hope Siviglia and Rozenhal will be in form this weekend cuz Milito showed how dangerous could he be! Anyway Zarate is resentful about last game and mby will score first Hatrick with Lazio why not haha!

Important game to see how we rebound after that hard loss, not going to be an easy game though by any stretch.

Lich     Rozenhal    Siviglia    Radu

  Brocchi       Dabo       Kolarov

                Foggia

      Pandev        Zarate

Thats what I would do, have a feeling we might see Manfredini this weekend though :S

Radu is supsended this match. I would go with:

DeSil    Siviglia    Rozehnal    Kolarov

      Lich    Brocchi    Dabo

                 Foggia

This is your opinion man, I dont think Rossi want that tactic. Its could be Rossi tactic's:

Lich  Siviglia  Rozenal Kolarov

 Brocchi   Dabo  Manfredini

              Mauri
    Pandev        Zarate

Whatever tactic will be, Foggia may be in team I think. And one thing we need to focus on Diego Milito. He is very dangerous player for our defence and we need to take measures for him.
I trust Zarate for this match he must score against Genoa.

Didnt realaize Radu was suspended.  If thats the case i would put my money on Rossi going with something like this, probably with Foggia instead of Mauri.  I think Manfredini is defintiley going to start in the midfield and I think the only choice we have in the middle is Dabo.

for sure Rossi will play a formation that we don't like, as he always do play Mauri. I really respect Rossi for everything but I don't understand why he loves so much this "player", he's useless and he didn't show anything at all until now. Mby mr.Delio will change his mind in near future like this weekend and play someone else in his position!

We will be playing this game without two of rossi's most trusted allies and i would like a good game and a big win.
If lich was away on international duties, maybe di silvestre will have a chance.
We should take 3 points from this one i hope.

Siviglia Could Miss Genoa Tie
Lazio boss Delio Rossi fears he will have to make do without defender Sebastiano Siviglia for the home game with the Rossoblů.
Sebastiano Siviglia, Lazio's 35-year-old defender, has sat out two training sessions this week, and the Aquile medical staff are concerned he will have to face a spell on the sidelines.

An ankle twinge ruled him out of the first post-Derby meeting at Formello on Tuesday, but he also pulled up yesterday morning with a left thigh muscular problem.

He is expected to undergo further tests today at the Paideia medical facility, but newspaper Il Tempo claims that coach Delio Rossi, the former Foggia and Atalanta tactician, is already in the process of finding a valid replacement in central defence.

It is alleged that Siviglia’s problem might be more serious than first thought and the only viable option is French youngster Mobido Diakhité.

The 21-year-old was signed from Pescara this summer and has yet to be handed his debut, hence fielding the inexperienced centre-back against El Principe Diego Milito might be a big risk.

Another alternative could be Emilson Sanchez Cribari, but the Brazilian has apparently fallen out with the club and the coach in recent weeks.  He has started just three games so far and is likely to head for the exit door in January.

I hope this is true!

Well I guess we will see if Rossi has been making the right choice all along when we see how Sivigilas sub play,  If he doesnt play Cribari then it is clear he wont be on this team come January.  Id like to see Diakhite play though hes a mystery to me.

From the little I've diakite he seems to be a good player .. i've even hear great things about Tuia. I think it's refreshing to see ledesma and siviglia out. Now all we need is mauri to pick up a long sustaining injury and we'll be set.
