really dissatisfied with this result. This result will see us drop further down the table.

Edy Reja screwed up on taking Hernanes out. Hernanes was the only one trying to create plays with passes. After he was substituted we were kept shoving in ineffective crosses. Poor decision on Reja on Hernanes. I don't know why he feels obligated to take Hernanes out of the game all the time.

Again, im really disappointed in this result as I feel we even lost this match. Edy Reja failed Lazio today in my opinion.

Disappointing point when comparing it to our other away performances so far this season, but to be fair to Parma they were worth a point on the day. We had some good chances on the counter attacks but we were either too slow in the final third or simply made the wrong choice in passing or shooting. Frustrating game all in all but a point on the road is still a point on the road. So long as we cash in against Catania at home next week then we will still be doing very well.

We'll stay in second no matter what happens in Napoli v Bologna tonight, but the table is tighenting up again especially with Palermo winning.

Hernanes has played 50+ games since January - he needs a break and it shows. i think we squandered way too many chances today. Parma defended well, desprately actually, which is what we expected. Anyway, definitely a bitter taste left, but not anything to get too worked up about imo.

yeah we need to be much more clinical in the final 3rd....i've been trying to think about if Zarate actually helped today or not.  He causes trouble in and around the box but it rarely ever turns into something significant.  I wouldn't say he played badly but, in the second half, he sort of fell into the classic maurito trap of forcing it a little bit too much which stagnates our attack at times.  Would of liked to see Rocchigol come in a little earlier and play with Hernanes out there, it really just takes one pass to Rocchi in space and we have 3 points.

It's a shame - but to come from behind to sneak a point away from home isn't too bad tbh. Shame we couldn't force the issue though

Well we could have won this, missed a few opportunities, were close to goal on several occasions, still a point at Tardini and 2nd place till next week, when we should be able to win.

when we should be able to win.
that's kind of the point. we should have won this game. I really cant put my finger on it, but the team just seemed to be phoning it in. usually scoring at the half spurs a team into the second. today it seemed to do just the opposite we came out even flatter in the second.

I think it is wrong to call Crespo's goal skill and Floccari's luck. even though Flocc's goal was aided by a friendly bounce of the defender, he got his head on a good cross and put it on net. most goals need a little luck. Zarate was not so lucky, he had some close chances but to no avail.

Hernanes had an average day, could have score on a ground ball. Im not mad that he was taken off, just disappointing in the substitutions. bringing on Ledesma for Hernanes put us on the defense.

Catania next or should I say Albinoleffe next Wins in both will be the only acceptable result.

The thing that I can't stop thinking about in this game was the 3 on 2 we had near the end of the game when Lichsteiner had the ball. He had two guys open on either side of him and he decided to shoot the ball from outside the 18. Terrible, terrible decision making on his part. I would ream him right out for that if I was Reja.

My thoughts exactly...Hernanes's season should already be over.  The winter break can't come soon enough for this poor guy.

Selfishness really hurt us against Parma.  Reja put it best when he said away from home, you can't let chances slip.  Overall we dominated Parma and should have sealed the points.  RAI's commentator mentioned how Reja was furious with Lich after that miserable display of poor shooting and self-centered behavior.  That was the real back-breaker for us... Of course aside from Mauro Zarate's usually selfish antics.

this was literally the difference between 1 and 3 points.  Quick counter attack, which was exactly what we needed to catch Parma on, and LICH of all people decides hes going to have a crack, still pisses me off even though its hard for me to get upset with Forrest!

I was far far away from home for a while and did not have a chance to watch the game on Sunday. Checking the result afterwards on that day I thought for a fleeting moment maybe it was half-time still. Mah. Disappointed with a draw.
