Lazio non sarai mai sola

Latius hasn't started it yet and Theo ask me to start it so: like it or not I am doing it.

After two pretty good games of our beloved Lazio we are going to a crucial away game at San Siro. Why crucial? Well if Milan loose this one they are pretty out of the title fight. So they we give 101% of their selves to take this one.
As we all know Teeth, Pirlo, Pato, Nesta, Bonera are all out for the game. And for Lazio Super Sergio is back in it.
San Siro isn't the best place for Lazio to be but we all this missing players gives excellent chance not only for the draw but I would say for the whole 3 points.  We all remember our performance last year when we knocked them for the Coppa and with the two wins (vs Cagliari and vs Siena )   behind our backs I would say now is the right time for us to do it in Seria A.

Ac Milan last five games:  L D W D W (in Seria A)     Home form: D W W W D
SS Lazio last five games:  W W L L D                     Away form: W L  L  W D

Forza Lazio!

( I hope I didn't blow it too much  )

lmao

For one, I can't quite believe you listened to me. But you did a fine job.

I wasen't able to post in the Siena thread due to technical issues, but after watching the highlights, it seems we are playing decently. Aside from Cruz's bicycle kick being the shittest I have ever seen, and Mauri *gulp* showing some form... which means he'll continue to get picked... and Zarate being useless as ever this season (Don't need highlights to tell me that) I guess maybe things are looking up a bit. But.

I agree with BlueRulezzz, despite our poor record there, our league position, and their desperation, we should absolutely look to get 3 points. It can be done, and Milan were not far from full strength when they lost to Palermo at home, nor for that matter when we beat them in the cup last year. If you attack them, they will give you chances, and almost certainly score. Pirlo missing is no loss, infact it's a bonus to Milan, because this season has been his worst for the team, he's been off his game considerably. Thiago Silva I guess should play, but their defence is shit regardless of who does. The major bonus for me, is Ronaldinho not playing, and that's the reason why I think three points are achievable. He is their most important player this season, and has played great. Without him, they are going to have to rely on Seedorf, who is a threat but one we can handle with the right discipline. Pato missing is obviously to our benefit too.

Defence is key - I do fancy us to score 1, so it's about whether we can prevent Huntelaar, Inzaghi, Marco Ego , whichever combination plays, getting easy chances.

My hatred for the Diavolo was a lot less before the CL round with Manchester United. But no question, until they get a proper manager and decent players, they are up there with the Merda's and Juventus of this world. Fuck AC

But above all. FORZA LAZIO!

Thanks BlueRulezzz for starting the thread.. Great Job!. Please start these topics whenever you want as my perspective seems to be pretty redundant sometimes and I like to think this forum is all of ours to contribute to. Theo has been crowned moderator so I hope he takes over for me too when I get killed with work in times like this.

Milan has been thrown some setbacks which hopefully can boost our chances of gaining any points from this game. With Pirlo, Pato, Dinho and Nesta out .. this is as generous as things can get for us against milan but nonetheless their second string team can still potentially devour us.

Hopefully we've been inspired by the last two wins and are motivated to continue onto the path escaping utter humiliation of losing and being in such a pathetic spot on the table.

Bule - great job man.

Now for the game, I don't want to repeat you all. We are gonna face half Milan with Leonardo on board. Their attacking power has been castrated. We couldn't dream of better circumstances for this game. Milan bad run, our awaking, like in a good novel.

There is only one way to do it. Attack them, attack them for the whole 90 min, don't let them breath. We should go on every god damn ball, bloody gung ho. Break that curse boys, unleash hell in the middle of Milano!!!

Latius, that is may be, but it has been customary, since I joined at least, that you had the first say on the game - I'd love it to stay that way :)
But when it's clear your too busy then either I'll do it or get someone else to. So in those circumstances it would be cool for others to kick things off now and again.

Something I forgot to say earlier... there are still some great players that should be playing - Flamini and Gattuso are not to be sniffed at, obviously and I'm guessing the forum would rather have those playing for SSL then Ledesma and Mauri.

But as Jo to the Van says above, we really gotta think positively and go for all 3. A 3 point result would practically be enough to keep us safe imo!

Ok, as it has been said already it's the perfect setup to try and go for the win, I am only concerned about Reja's approach to this one, Jofo is right, we must attack all the time, demand the 3 points, sitting back and relying on a draw is not the best scene i can imagine.

If I had one wish I would wish Mauri in good form - he played well in the last two games and we could actually score some goals.  We need this guy to play well especially now we don't have any our good support-striker like Pandev.

Milan are in a downfall after their CL exit and considering our performance against Juve who are worse and in downfall we should at minimum get a draw, attack is something that will break milan who require alot of possession in order to setup chances .  But Seedorf though old is still dangerous and was and can still be an engine for them.  I think it was Galliani who said when Seedorf does not do well Milan does not do well.  Without Nesta its only Silva, the LB/RB are completley weak some simple clever passing should easily spring Rocchi into some 1-1 runs

Sorry but Mauri should be benched PERMANENTLY. He's messed up too many GREAT opportunities and hardly creates anything. He's on my list of players i hope don't wear the jersey next season.

As for constant attack.. this rule should apply every game since our defense is so sketchy and unreliable. If Biava/Dias/Siviglia/Diakite (guys who are shit and usually mess up) are on the pitch .. which 1 of them is .. we shouldn't be playing defensively PERIOD.

Lomerda needs to realize that the CD's he got during the mercato aren't worth shit and only to show that he did something and probably within poor budget need to be replaced once again with quality. This season has been embarrassing for a reason, i for one expected it and the results proved my judgments right time and time again and still say this team needs PROPER enforcements regardless of what one off wins we manage from here on in.

Floccari might be able to play this weekend which is great news.

Out for Milan: Ronaldinho, Nesta, Pirlo, Pato .. this is what gives us a fighting chance as these players are beyond any player on our roster.

Of course he should not wear the jersey next season but ManChild's point still stands. Mauri has been playing surprisingly well in the last two games and we need him to continue like that because... we do not have anyone else.

yeah bro, thats very true,,when mauri missed many great chances that he should have scored, and then enemy create counter attack,,lazio is finish...it happen on many of our previous match, and always happen.i scared the same thing will happen again on san siro..thats true that four milan player injured, but the bench of milan just a little bit near the first team...they still have seedorf, ambrosini, huntelaar, borriello, inzaghi, gattuso, all of these player can score against us.and if we waste many chances,,the game is over...its now or never
