You boys stopped bickering? ;-) - Just pulling your legs, that was a passionate debate! I'm excited about tonight's game as I'm going to have a few beers, forget about my shitty week and cheer on our Lazio!!!!! It's my birthday tomorrow, so if they win tonight will be a great gift for me, and if they win on Sunday (em, not so sure, but I hope so much!), then it will be one of the best birthdays in a while. Forza Lazio!!!

Lazio - Milan Stadio Olimpico
It’s Milan versus Rome part one. Inter and Roma do battle on Sunday evening, but before then their respective city rivals face off at the Olimpico.
Not since the 1997-98 season have Lazio beaten Milan at home in Serie A – a total of 10 games unbeaten for the Rossoneri. Kaka and Alberto Gilardino both struck doubles in a 5-1 thrashing of the Biancocelesti two years ago, whilst David Beckham was star of the show with two assists last term as Milan left the capital with a 3-0 win.
In short this is exactly the kind of fixture the crisis-hit Aquile could do without. Davide Ballardini’s men are woefully underperforming and without a League win since Week 2. Just like their fierce rivals Roma they have suffered training ground protests and criticism from their fans.
They at least avoided three consecutive defeats with a 1-1 draw at Siena last Sunday, though it was neither an impressive performance nor result. A squad containing the likes of Mauro Zarate, Tommaso Rocchi, Julio Cruz and Alexsandar Kolarov is capable of much better, but unless they start to prove it against Milan then Ballardini may well be out of a job.
The axe was hanging over Leonardo’s head not so long ago, but the Brazilian has dramatically transformed his side’s form. The 2-1 win over Roma on matchday eight was the catalyst – since then the Diavolo have bested Real Madrid, Chievo and Parma, the only blip being their late collapse in the 2-2 draw with Napoli.
Consequently they’ve reached the top four, Adriano Galliani’s stated aim for the season, but a club of their stature should be aiming higher, especially given the surprising return to form of Leo’s countrymen Ronaldinho and Dida.
Marco Borriello’s return to scoring form against Parma is great news for Milan and Italy, but not Klaas Jan Huntelaar, who is likely to be consigned to the bench once more.
Lazio’s Simone Del Nero, Ousmane Dabo and Mourad Meghni are injured.
Milan are missing Daniele Bonera, Christian Abbiati, Marco Storari, Alessandro Nesta, Marek Jankulovski and Oguchi Onyewu.
Keep an eye on: Ronaldinho (Milan) – A goal against Atalanta, a goal and an assist against Roma, two assists against Parma, slowly but surely we are starting to see the real Ronaldinho emerge. He must maintain his focus and work ethic to complete the process however.
Last five in Serie A: Lazio (D D L L D) Milan (D W W D W)
Last season: Lazio 0-3 Milan Lazio (probable): Muslera; Lichsteiner, Siviglia, Radu, Kolarov; Matuzalem, Baronio, Mauri; Zarate, Cruz, Rocchi
Milan (probable): Dida; Oddo, Thiago Silva, Kaladze, Zambrotta; Gattuso, Pirlo, Seedorf; Ronaldinho, Pato, Borriello

Meghni di Cartone! I was one of the ones excited about his arrival - I think he came on reccomondation of Tare from the Bologna days together. Remarkable talent but he's just too fragile.

I'm tired of sitting on the fence. I'll give an opinion for once.
Meghni = Terrible. I love the fact he ain't playing. ONE assist all last season from memory. Sure everybody else we have in central midfield is pants atm, but it's just like saying we should get Makinwa in because Cruz and Zarate are struggling. No way Jose, or Mourad.

no one is saying he is the next zidane, he has some talent in dribbling and holding onto the ball which could add something over some of our current midfielders, I can't imagine that his game fitness ever allows him to get to 100% either since he seems to be on the perpetual injury list.

Apparantly Ronaldinho may miss out due to a knock he picked up yesterday. It's a shame, it's always good to watch him, and I'd love to see Lazio get something out the game with their best 11 out there. But I'm not exactly going to complain too much. Here's hoping something happens to Pato too

We should finally win a match and I think we could do it against milan. With Leonardo as a coach of the team I doubt something good is expecting fucking rossoneri. Hope he is long time there. Fucking hate milan.
