As of today's practice looks like a 4-3-1-2 with Muslera; Lichtsteiner, Siviglia, Radu, Kolarov; Brocchi, Baronio, Mauri; Matuzalem; Rocchi, Zarate.
Nothing new then. Why never straight 4-4-2 with Foggia and Eliseu on the wings. Who invented these silly 4-3-1-2 and 4-3-2-1 formations anyway.

Infuriating isnt it. Even Juve, with all there trequartista options, don't play 4:3:1:2. Simply put, you mark the treq out of the game, you cut off the link to the front two.
Well said. For god sake retire Sivigla while he is still breathing.

I don't get it either, earlier on there was the idea that defence would be jeprodized but we know it won't matter anyway so why not start two of our best assets without any thought.  Everytime we use a trequarterista or a trident striker attack our offence is worse and our defence suffers even more.

I don;t think Matuzelum is worse than Mauri or Baronio, he is a step up.  The only problems with him are was he worth the money and what he exactly does to give us any advantage.  He is kind of a utility player, not a pure defensive midfielder or offensive midfielder, not a playmaker but just general ability which is ok off the bench or around 3 other quality specialized midfielders but not a gamer decider.

Lazio365, if you wonder, I removed my original post which you quoted right above because I wanted to quote more people but adding quotes to a post which had been posted previous to people posting their posts I wanted to quote would have been silly. Did I get it right?

Anyway, all of a sudden I did not feel like writing or commenting anything anymore. I am sure the formation will not be changed to 4-4-2 with Foggia and Eliseu as wingers and who cares who is on the midfield besides them and why they should or should not be there. Let us just see how the game goes.

Ah rite, I did wonder actually. I though Id deleted it somehow when I went back and saw it wasnt there. Phew.

Let us just see how the game goes.

Yeah, true. I live in hope, but recent form suggests I may be stupid for doing that. Still, Forza Lazio.

Well Lazio haven't won against milan in serie A since 1998-99. They got smoked 2 years in a row. Lazio most likely will not win on Sunday. I hope for a tie. My wife and her family love and live for milan. So it would be nice if I can be happy and jump around one time when they play each other in Serie A. Also I am sick of Baronio. He is a Serie B player that has been on loan all most every season to so many teams. No teams want him. But now he starts every game for Lazio. What a joke. I wish they would let Ledesma Play. Lazio need him believe it or not. Plus he is better then Baronio any day of the week. No offense to Baronio lovers.

C'mon man, Baronio is indispensable player  , but i wondering why even a fucking serieB team such Bresia doesnt need him.

RAI international is showing the match - usually means it will be available.

This is where we find out what the players think of Balla. They know he's on the line - if they come out fighting, they like him, respect him and want to keep him - if they come out flat, well, it means the opposite.
