Next at home we Lazio will face off with Catania who finished with a 2-2 draw against Fiorentina on the weekend. Catania also managed to tie juventus and beat inter in previous matches. This will not be an easy game but I have confidence that we will beat them on home ground. Catania are only 4 points below us on the table and had a rough start to the season but seem to be playing better now.

Cantania's defense is weaker since they've conceded 10 goals to our 7 and scored 9 goals to our 11.

It's possible for Lazio to snatch the top spot and be Serie A leaders since Napoli will be hungry to beat Udinese at home after their previous two matches where they lost to parma at home and drew with cagliari on the weekend.

Hopefully Hernanes and Matuzalem are okay to play.. without Hernanes we are just mediocre.

This could be a tricky one. Not because Catania is a quality team but all the injuries and disqualifications we face. Dias is out meaning either Radu moves to the middle or Stankevisious or Diakite comes in. If it's the former, then most likely Lulic moves from the midfield back to left back. Matuzalem picked up a knock and is questionable, while Hernanes could be out until after the Cagliari match. Brocchi may play but is not 100% fit and of course we already know about Mauri. Our midfield is being held together by bubble gum and recycled newspaper at this point. Curious to see what lineup Reja fields, as well as which old friends of ours that we haven't heard from in a while are going to take a place on substitutes bench.

Catania generally don't travel well but I was impressed by them in their 2-2 at Fiorentina at the weekend. That being said the Viola blew it really and this is a game we should win.

No Hernanes Mauri Brocchi Matuzalem Dias.    I am not confident in a win at all. Who is supposed to feed the strikers? Or are they supposed to do it themselves.

It's a brutal blow but I think we might see something experimental. I wouldn't mind throwing foggia in the mix and playing sculli on the wing. This should be Cana's chance to show his true value unless Reja decides to go with Gonzales as usual.

Dun think Cana would be suitable at this time as he is not a playmaker type of player that we required at this moment, hope me wrong though...without hernanes and mauri my confidence is pretty low for this game, hope me wrong again...

i think it could be
          Marchetti
Konko Biava Diakite Radu
   Cana Ledesma Lulic
            Sculli
         Klose Cisse

Wouldnt say 4-4-2 myself, we tried it in pre season and it didnt work.

And yes Foggia is at Sampdoria.

Hernanes getting hurt is the reason I wanted us to buy either Pjanic or Lamela this past summer.. but Roma got them both....
