with Eto'o, Cesar, and Milito(even though hes been shit this year) all being out, add to that Stank going off early. Lazio had as good a chance as ever to beat Inter. still Inter's semi-B team is nothing to scoff at, and beating them 3-1 is a real accomplishment.
since there will likely be no Footie the Weekend after my Birthday I will take this magnificent victory as an early present from Lazio
Attack:Zarate ties last years tally before the half way mark, but to be fair its not much of an accomplishment. have to give him credit for playing much better this year. "il profeta" is surly earning his name, the first Lazile to score a FK. what a beauty it was too. Floccari played his role nicely.
Midfield: as a group they all performed great. Brocchi was.... well the same old hard nosed defender, pestering anyone with the ball. Mauri and Matuz were good to, though Im sure I could pick out some mistakes if I were not so blinded by the victory
Defense: Lich gets alot of shit for not having a good cross, and he certainly takes shots when he'd be better off just passing. but when he defends like he did yesterday those mistakes are forgiven. his pace is something this team can not do with out. Biava.... his hips don't lie

. Biava and Dias were a little unlucky on the one goal allowed. all and all the boys did great.
Muslera: didnt have to make to many saves, for an Inter game that is. but I think he played great and really cant be faulted for the goal.
ok I have contained my self long enough.

Lazio Grande Lazio

what a 180, keep it up boys!
