This weekend Lazio are away against Fiorentina which will not be an easy match considering we'll be facing Sporting so hopefully our players won't be tired.

Like us, Fiorentina had a scoreless draw on the last weekend where they drew 0-0 to Napoli.

One player we'll have to look out for is Jovetic.

Fiorentina scare me as well. Jovetic is back and he's like a new signing for them. Saw the first half of Napoli - Fiorentina and Jovetic is a classy player. However we must do well and it will be interesting to see where we stand against other European candidates.

^^ No question, but we've played some of our best matches against the viola in the last few years. Let's hope the trend continues.

With Radu fit, I wonder if he'll play in the center of defense, or back out on the left and free Lilic to play as a midfielder. Will give us more options for sure.

Biava says he's back for this match. I suppose there's a possibility that Dias will be given a rest - he looked extremely frustrated against Sporting.  Mauri also wants to try to make it for Florence.

You completely contradict yourself. You want us to play 4-3-3 and yet you want to see Hernanes further forward. You want us to play 4-3-3 and yet you don't want to see Cisse down the channel. You won't get either with that formation. We have dominated most games and don't have nine at the back, if anything Sporting sat with 10 men behind the ball for 45 minutes last night.

The only system that will work with what you have in mind is 4-3-1-2, the system we played with against Palermo. That being said, I can't see how Reja can be blamed for the sheer incompetence of players missing from 3 yards out, nor for Hernanes being next to useless this season. The defence is crap because of the players that are in it and the fact that we have been without three of the backline that gave us the second best defence in the league last year. The players have to take account for the poor show as well, it's too easy to blame one person each time and not dig beneath the surface to find out what really is wrong with this team right now. There's a lot wrong with it, and it aint just Reja.

It's a waste in my opinion to play Hernanes in a 4-3-3 when the reason we initially brought him was to bridge the defence and attack. If we played with that formation then we would be completely wasting the talent we have in wide forward postions, and I don't see the point.

We must be watching different games, because we did not play for the first 45 minutes with 9 men at the back against Sporting. Additionally against Palermo we had 24 attempts on goal and 6 on target, that was more than Palermo and we had better possession stats as well. It was a game we should have won but for better finishing, which is attritutable to the like of Cisse who missed an open goal, Matuzalem whose attempt on goal was poor, Hernanes who was unlucky with his chance and Cisse again who forced a good stop against the Palermo keeper.

Meh, I'm not a great fan of Reja at all but I'm not going to look past the incompetence of the players actually on the pitch game after game and their inability to score easy goals and defend easy plays, it's shortsighted and naive to do so. I'm also not going to look past the fact that our owner did not buy adequate replacements at the back this summer. It's clear to me that it is more than just Reja.

I think u being hash on Reja specially that he is the reason for our good season last year, when u have players like Cisse and Hernanes in your team, 2 players that can run with the ball from the defense to 30 yards you would play like he is playing and the only reason he is put 9 in the back coz of playing sporting in their home and know exactly that they will attack and counter them well in their attacks and that really worked out except luck player number 12 wasn't with us and not to mention the stupid referee.
last season we had problem in the attack we didn't had one single striker who could finish as Klose so we used Hernanes for that position but the natural role of Hernanes is where he is playing this year and he is doing fine
