Pande is right about the stats, Pandev is on 14 goals all told and has been great all season long. Its hard to evaluate Rocchi as he has to be fair come off the bench quite a bit. Still, its great to have three excellent strikers 04 super win today, we should make it 4 league wins in a row next week at home to chievo, but we must remain composed for that one also

I think Rocchi is the best striker we have , he isnt missing any chance...i would like to see him play from start...he has scored 10 goals and he isnt playing , and pandev and zarate have scored 11 each , and they play all the time...i think its unfair not to start rocchi when he is doing so well when he is in the pitch...
I don't know where do you get this stats(Goal.com?) but the best striker for this season is non other than Grande Pandev with 14 goals( 8 goals in the league games and 6 goals in the Coppa) and let me remind you that not single one of these goals are from Penalty Kicks or Free Kicks ! Zarate is keeping track on him with 11 goals( 10 league goals and 1 in the Coppa;2 of them from PK and 2 from FK) and Rocchi is third with 8 goals( 6 of them in league games and 2 in Coppa games)! I always get the stats from channel4: http://www.channel4.com/sport/football_italia/ascorers.htmlDiVaio is an absolute scoring machine. Most goals scored last year were 21 by Delpiero and Divaios at 19 with pleny of games to go. Could he break Toni's record of 31 ?

We work well like this. 4-4-2 with foggia starting on the flank. Pandev and Zarate to start and Rocchi in for whoever needs a change. Pandev, despite a great goal against Juve, seems to be a little unlike himself lately - but that's the beauty of having all three, if one is having an off week, play the other two. Today, Rocchi was the difference....and Foggia - that pass had eyes.

I'm so dissapointed I missed this game today. But you can't help but have newfound confidence in this team again who have beat juve and napoli to restore credibility. It will take a few more sucessful games to put us into a new spot since we're trailing 4 points to the merde and genoa...hopefully one of them stumbles next week to bring us closer. Still anything can happen but it's definately been an exciting few weeks for us.
Also noticed Makinwa scored ... WTF ?? That's might be his first goal in 3 years...lol
FORZA LAZIO!

a pretty impressive win, one that brought us closer to the merde, Genoa, fiorentina. if we keep playin like this we could be easily talkin about contention for a CL spot. It's nice to all of our forwards scoring goals. Last week Zarate, Pandev in the Coppa, and today Rocchi. Forza Lazio 06 00

I think DeSilvestri should be worthy of a callup soon. He just hasn't had his chance yet but I think he would be a great sub for Zambrotta.

I am not impressed but somehow we won. :P
We were terrible in the last 10 minutes. We just didn't keep possession, and we didn't try to close the game, but all thanks to Muslera who single-handedly eliminate Napoli's hope.

It is normal for any team leading with 2 goals against a home team to face such pressure. We did well to hang on.Maybe they would have scored with an extra 20 minutes but we would have added one too on the break. I wonder why that napoli defender was not shown a straight red after deliberately using his elbow on Zarate.

Lazio Striker Tommaso Rocchi Hoping Hopes His Bright Form Continues The Italian is in hot form and ready to help fire his side into Europe. He particularly took great pride from Sunday’s brace against Napoli... Lazio striker Tommaso Rocchi is hoping to continue his good goalscoring form to help fire his side back up the table and into Europe next term.
The prolific hitman is currently chasing his century of goals with the Biancocelesti and he scored against Napoli at the weekend to help push his side towards the worthy positions.
Rocchi is still revelling in his recent good form and he is hoping it continues.
"Two goals and the win against Napoli - I am delighted,” Rocchi told Il Corriere Dello Sport. “It was a great Sunday for Lazio and a great personal satisfaction for me.
"Everyone always wants to play, but we have to make sure we are always ready for when we get onto the pitch. We need to focus and have the right mentality to always do well."
Lazio are hoping to qualify for Europe this season and they are also on course to reach the Coppa Italia final.
