Palermo are a better team then us and have better players IMO. Even if we are at home I'd consider this an achievement if we knocked them out. Their midfield is like Barcelona compared to ours.

Wrong  He shot once over the bar. His rest were on target. Which is better then Mauri, who can't even get his shots past the nearest defender. Kolarov is the only player to have any attacking endeavour IMO. This game does the job that any other game could do - but in fact does it better. What job I here you ask? Showing how shit Mauri but espeically Baronio are! Baronio looks shit in any game such as Bologna, Siena, whatever, who have sub standard midfielders playing. However, with the amazing Pastore and Liverani... wow, they really REALLY put Baronio to shame. |

To think Mauri's on the verge of contract renewal until 2014. Four more years of shots 30 yards wide .
Floccar had a chance that he made out of nothing, shame no one followed in with him into the D as his shot was from a very tight angle.
I like what ive seen from Kolarov, really our only danger from the midfield.
Baronio has created nothing. Theo's right, about Liverani especially. When he gets the ball, he makes things happen and quickly.

Makes me wonder then why we didn't try to get him back after he left Viola. He's not a spring chicken (mind you neither is Baronio) but he is 10x better then every other central midfielder we have in our ENTIRE roster! |
