what kinda shot was that from Mauri? that wouldnt of hit or reached the net. Even when he comes on as a sub he costs us points. All he had to do was hit the fuckign net. Useless Useless Useless

I'd just like to put on record two things;

1. I'm not on a Zarate witch hunt. But I've had it with him. For the first 20 minutes today we showed something like he is capable of. Not near his best, but the nearest he's been to it all season. For the rest of the game he did nothing, apart from very very stupid red card.

2. I don't want Reja past the end of the season - I cannot see anything special with that guy. His subs are identical to Balla's; strange, confusing, wrong personnel, in the wrong order, too late or too early. I genuinely think he hasn't got a clue about managing a team that he hasen't nurtured himself for years already.

back to relegation reality ... this team is unmotivated. Not sure what kind of choice reja has made to put in makinwa, mauri and siviglia. Did makinwa even touch the ball .. i swear i don't even remember despite coming in with 30 minutes to go ?

With the direction Rossi is taking palermo i'm starting to think we gave up an amazing coach .. but still the coaches are still limited with mostly mediocre and unmotivated players.

Muslera is still a legend .. he came right out of his net to challenge for the ball.

If some of you guys ran this team, we'd have 94 players and 8 coaches this year.

We're in a direct relegation battle with Livorno. We have the players we have and the coach we have. At this point it's only about doing the best we can with what we got. Discussion of who we should have sems ridiculous and pronouncements that we are going to Serie B are useless (if you believe that it's an absolute certainty - what's the point of saying anything at all? why bother?)

So next week we have no Maurito and we'll se what happens, I think Ledesma might be out on cards as well and we probably won't have a coach either so there.

Why we couldn't play the whole second half with the same spirit as we did down a man is beyond me.

Don`t kill me but I think we are doing better now and I`m 99% sure we gonna stay in serie A this year. For what I`ve seen so far Reja is much better than Ballardini and I belieave he can save the club.

Disappointment again...nothing new to Lazio's fan base...seria B here we come!

After this match all I can say is that we should stick to Balla's famous tactic -if you somehow manage to score one goal and take the lead, try your best to defend it till the very end of the match! I'm dead serious about this...we are lacking the most important thing to play football at the highest level and that is FOOTBALL KNOWLEDGE! No intelligence,no creativity and to be honest NO quality in our midfield line...

I see brighter future for Mauri in chess tournaments rather than football...or maybe he could do well in some bizarre reverse football where you're regarded as top act when you actually miss more sitters than you score. Because of him now I'm on heavy drugs,Valiums are simply not enough.

As for our 'favorite mascot' Makinwa,  I hope I'll live the day when he actually scores another goal in a football match!

Not suprised we lost, there's a reason they are unbeaten at home all season long, there a decent side.

Still, when are we going to get the basics right. Substitutions were wrong, bringing Makinwa on was a total waste of time, and at that point a midfielder should have come on instead to stop us from being overrun in the middle of the park. We didn't have many chances, and they should have scored through Lucchini when he somehow shot wide from 5 yards out. We are largely toothless, Floccari provided a threat but thats it.

Zarate behaved like a baby once again, cost us any realistic chance of getting back into it. Shame, played well at the start of the match but then failed to impose himself once again.

Reja sent off as well again. Not exactly setting a fantastic example to the rest of the squad and continuing the theme of disarray at Lazio.

The most important issue though is that we are actually going to have to win games somewhen. We can't keep relying on Livorno, Atalanta and Siena not picking up maximum points. Our next to home games are against Bari, then Siena. Must win both, and try and get a point away at Cagliari else the pressure on this team may just cause it to totally implode if its still locked in a dogfight with Siena, Livorno etc with only a few games to go.
