I don't know who caught the game, but we finally had a decent match and broke our 7 game winless streak. Too little too late perhaps, but a win nonetheless. Rossi started Artopoli, who is young but looked pretty sure of himself, he could develop into a good player, though not a superstar.
Btw, Inter is the crappiest team ever, I'm sorry but they are a pathetic team if there ever was one!!!

Theyre a joke yes, but really we shouldn't be running our mouths about a team thats on the brink of another scudetto. Moreover a team that handly took 8 points of a possible 12 from us in all competitions this year.

Today I decided to watch the Inter vs. Siena game. Inter dominated the whole game with so many chances to end the game including a missed penalty by materazzi. I thought they played well they were just unlucky, I hope they can win their next match to keep the merde from winning the scudetto, who i might add have pretty much proven they're one of the top teams in italy and europe with two sucessful seasons. One thing i did notice is how we really screwed up by giving away a player like jiminez who is fantastic. I'm happy lazio won. Anything to get us away from relegation zone is alway great. They can honestly win 20 nothing next week against napoli and i'd still stick to my guns about selling pretty much most of the team. http://youtube.com/watch/v/68UatJNOdc4I think we might have the crappiest team this year regardless of how amazing we might play against two mediocre teams epecially when there's nothing at stake. 00 00

Please! I Inter is a joke of an organization that has a tendency to embarass themselves and their fans. It's not about whether they beat Lazio, but about a team that has the pretensions of being a major outfit when they've won nothing. Sort of like the merde...lots of talk for nothing. The difference is that unlike "them" I know what Lazio is and I don't go shooting my mouth off year after year about how great the team is. I don't go around pretending Lazio is on par with Man U. What can you say abiout an organization that spends a fortune each year and have to be happy with winning the Coppa Italia, or a scudetto given to them on paper after the season and another only because the league was decimated. This is the first year they've gotten a real challenge in the last three years and what are they doing??? choking.
Let's get another thing straight, it's not about how many times we lose to them, Lazio is a way of life. If it was only about how many wins and losses a team had, we'd all be rubentini or milanisti.
Forza Lazio! 00

If you want to talk about embarrassing, this season has been an embarrassment. Player-Coach rifts, lack of motivation in the majority of games, constant media speculation/scrutiny of coaching tactics, being replaced, and enormous criticism on a president. Lazio is by no means any better this year. Way of life or not their overall performance this year including defensively is appalling.
This topic was supposed to be about the Lazio Genoa game and somehow its turned into a bashing of Inter who is most likely on the brink of winning the Scudetto and had nothing to do w/ the Genoa Lazio game. For the future to avoid confusion move your comments about Inter towards the General Football talk category.

^^^ yah you're right, but Inter losing brings up the unthinkable.
In any case, it was intesresting to see that we played better without the much celebrated tridente yesterday, and that Mauri actually had a good game - that colpo di tacco to set up Rocchi, who layed off to Pandev was spectacular. Where the hell's that guy been all year? I kind of ho[pe we don;t gicve up on the tridente because it is exciting to watch, only you need a solid defence to make up for the depleated mid.

I agree.... ever since they used the trident the team is more exciting to watch. I hope we can pick up a solid striker in the summer that will be a revelation. So at least if we see one of our strikers leave we wont get bent out of shape. If we keep players on on the bench like DelNero, Tare or Vignaroli as backup strikers .. then we clearly aren't moving forward when we're investing in old and non-effective players.
