oh and btw, i think Reja may have been forced to change both Brocchi and Siviglia. giving up one goal against Fiorentina is not the end of the world. What killed us, as has been the case too often, is a complete lack of offensive finishing. Mauri should be flogged in the piazza.
More like just our entire god team midfield. Is it a wonder that we don't score or create when Rocchi and Floccari end up in the centre circle to build up attacks? Our best chances always fall to the wrong people, because fucking Matuzalem, Ledesma and Mauri are so god damn inept, our attackers have no choice but to come deep if they want the ball... then the midfielders push up which is why Mauri is allowed to miss so many. And yet, against Palermo, I remember us having decent attacking thrust, and yet we couldn't defend. We defended well (mostly) today, and yet our attacking thrust dis-integrated. We created TWO chances all game, whilst the goal was just a joke goal. All we had to do, is push and push and push after we got the first goal. But we just sat back, apart from Mauri's chance. The fact is that Round 26 is over and we don't score more then 1 goal in most games, the fact is that we don't create more then exactly one handful of chances (and less tonight) per game, and the fact is that having got rid of Ballamerda, we now have a new manager that has shown that he is equally scared of winning a game that was there for the taking.. and I'm sorry but his name is REJAMERDA.

Αlthough I am sorry too and angry for now winning, I can't call my team ""shit'' even if the team plays as shit as a local team of kids... Why the hell did we got afraid of the match? Why is the person that should not be (Mauri) in the change from goal and not a person whose job is to score (Floccari...Rocchi...etc)? Why the refs are so damn against us???Why the managers show good things and gave us hopes and then they do the same shit things???WHYYYYY?Why cant we hold up for two minutes by holding the ball????Why the attackers had to go so behind to do the midfielders' job (creating)??DAMN..
I will not be pessimistic..A draw is not deadly yes..Even if its against Fiorentina with too many of her players out...And I will not start to talk about the manager....Even if he made mistakes today
Dum spiro spero...

Maybe. Udinese and Catania can actually win at home, and that is key. I expect 0 points away to Samp next week, so we will have to hope that the three below us continue to falter. Im speachless with disgust right now. Thanks Lotito for countless years of crap mercato's, policies of retaining garbage and selling decent players, or letting them go for nothing, for alienating supporters, for retaining a useless manager for months, for surely creating a horid atmosphere within the dressing room for marginalising players who go against your bullshit. You've turned us into a soap opera, and now we're paying the price for it. Am I overreacting? I don't think so, five wins, three games when we've scored more than one goal, 17th place, relegation fodder.

Reja was a pussy tonight, should have tried to kill the game rather than absorb pressure on home soil against a team with no forwards.
Lazio as a whole needs a complete revamp. Until we stop papering over the cracks then nothing will change.
ABSOLUTELY Lazio365! You hit the nail on the head.... BUT.... we need desperate survival tactics to keep us afloat in Serie A this year and hope the cracks hold. Hopefully next season we can rebuild the wall without cracks!!! Complete and utter desperation has to set in with this team. Everyone should be shitting in their pants hoping we can pull this season out of the toilet. Complete change can't happen just yet, but let's hope our mentality and tactics can change with this crappy personel we're stuck with this season. Fuck, I hate being compared to Sienna!!!

Someone tell me of a relegation team that can stay up winning 1-0 week after week. It doesn't happen. The simple matter is this - the only way to stay up, be it with us, or all the team's around us, is to create chances and score goals. Sure Bari created loads of chances against Catania today, but so did Catania and they won FOUR NIL. Udinese conceded against Cagliari but carried on attacking and managed to win TWO ONE. We are absolutely not a team that can create chances and score lots of goals. I don't care if we don't have the most appropiate personnel for the job. If you attack in quantity, then something WILL happen, regardless of the quality. We didn't attack with quantity tonight and paid the price. Tonight was an exact replica with what happened with Ballardini week in week out, except this time we have better players i.e Ledesma and Matuzalem, instead of the likes of Baronio. So there is no reason for us to carry on with the shit.

The worst thing that we heard is the best medicine to win a match is to play attacking football but he is not playing the attacking football at all tonight, maybe he is and i cant understand his attacking tactics, but definetely Reja is not effective at all

Yep, its a lack of commitment in all departments to go for the three points, which is stupid because as a consequence of going with the attacking tactic players grow in confidence because of it. In essence, it because natural to score and thus to win. The way we play only leads to the abyss of Serie B, infact we remind me of a slowly descintigrating Parma side shortly before they went down two years ago. And if we do go down, we can't presume it will be easy to get back up. Genoa rotted in the Cadetti for 12 years, infact they went down to C1, but we will cross that bridge if we sadly come to it I guess.

We played remarkably well defensively but can hardly expect that to bring about great victories. Berni and the defenders deserved to win this game. I am terribly disappointed. We are back in the red tomorrow, most probably. That is all.

I see that, but imo we also remind me of Torino. A big club, unquestionably. Bad performances, certainly. A crap manager + replacement that did all the damage and was only removed when it was too late. A complete lack of goals, not good quality throughout the team and a heavy reliance on a star player who is unable to perform (Rosina) , a president that didn't want to spend a lot of money.. etc etc. And now look at Torino, way off the pace in Serie B. I really think we'll stay up purely and only on the basis that Livorno just haven't got the quality to save themselves. For me Siena and Atalanta are down. Catania have got the consistent quality in all positions, and a damn good manager and I think they'll be fine along with Udinese. I can seriously see us coming 17th, ahead of Livorno on goal difference, or by 1 point, or by something ludicrously tight like that.
