The supercoppa will be played on August 8. We will make about 1.2 million plus television rights. For some reason, I really want to win this, though I'm not crazy about watching this game at 2:30 am - mah. Does anyone else care much whether we win or not?

Give them hell Chinese.
Super coppa is maybe the top of the competition both in seria a and coppa. If we win it superb, if we don't I want to see Non mollare mai on field. Great opportunity to present Lazio to Asia and to promote our club and players. What is more interesting is that it will be the first game for some new Lazio. New coach and players maybe.
Looking forward to it, a lot.

I care about this game, if we win its our third win in this competition and because we wont be expected to win it will mean that much more to us than it will for Inter. What better way to start the season with silverwear. 2.30 am for you imper in canada, shit, thats hardcore. It will be 7.30 am for me then, a bit more palatable.

This is the truth of the matter. Sadly, it's now always the truth of the matter, I want to win for prestige, for the glory of victory...and, fine, the money too.

How ironic that the eagles made it to the birds nest.
Italian Super Cup set for Beijing Tuesday 9 June, 2009 The next Italian Super Cup between Inter and Lazio will be played in the legendary Birds’ Nest Stadium in Beijing.
The match – between Scudetto winners and Coppa Italia victors – traditionally kicks off the new Italian season.
It will be hosted by Beijing on August 8, the precise one-year anniversary of the opening ceremony of the 2008 Olympic Games.
As the number ‘8’ is thought to bring good luck in China, it will once again kick off at 8pm on the eighth day of the eighth month.
“The date and time have a significant meaning as recognition for the Lega Calcio and Italian football towards the Olympic movement, celebrating the first anniversary of the opening ceremony,” read a statement released by the Lega Calcio.
This is certainly not the first time that the Italian Super Cup has been played abroad, as it is seen as an opportunity to advertise calcio and allow fans in other countries to see their heroes up close.
Recent outings have included Tripoli in 2002 and New York in 2003.

I'm looking forward to this game and I hope that Pandev is going to take his part in this game by scoring a hattrick!!!

Hi, I'm chinese, I know chinese lazio fans' status clearly. Actually on 8.8 there will be about 1000 lazio fans at the stadium. We can't match the quantity of Inter's, it's said there will be 20,000 Inter fans to go to the ground. But they are not organized well as it's hard to coordinate so many people, so they will be separated by group.
And now in our forum we have people to teach us Italian, and sing our song in Italian, we also prepare the uniform so we can have a clear phalanx. But we don't have much time to practice cause all of us are coming from the whole country. Most of us may have only a few hours to do the practice together. So I'm not sure about the effect.
No matter what, we will do our best.
And now there is some problems for us to get the Curva Nord as Inter also takes Curva Nord in San siro.
