Unfortunately missed this, apparently we had 17 shots with 10 on target?! At least we created some chances. Such a shame that the defence has lost it this year, and really injuries and suspensions have cost us - last year Radu Dias Biava Licht was the back 4 week in week out but this year there's been so much change which makes it much harder for Reja and the team. Can't remember there being much signs of a back 3 last year and its ridiculous really to expect defenders to switch seamlessly. I did say at the start of the season we had enough defensive cover but that has been proved wrong unfortunately. Happy for Cisse, looking forward to seeing his goal, surely there will be more from him. Now Reja has to use all his experience to arrest the slide down the table and retain our Europa league status, which is certainly doable with Honda and maybe Krasic coming in.

Never mind which side was better the first half was entertaining to watch. We should have capitalized on our momentum then because: The game slipped away in the second half against an AC Milan B side, in reality. Barely created anything in the second half. Didn't merit the win, simple.
This. I don't want to be dramatic, but these types of performances are becoming too common as of late - unispired more than shitty really. We seem resigned to our typcast - we'll go to Milano or Torino and put up a decent effort but then fade away as per the script. We don't believe anymore, and it's obvious.
And this. The good thing is that this was not a Serie A game. Yee-haa.

^^ Don't overreact, you two should consider some counselling.
ANYWAY, I'm beginning to get the same feeling with Reja I was gett ing with Rossi at the end. I think his effectiveness is waning fast.

On paper Reja has done well since he came in, but to go from his usual conservative approach to starting with a back 3 against Milan is just craziness. I am getting sick of watching these repetitive displays - 1 win in 6 games now, time to sort it out Edy!
Forza Lazio!

^^ I was referring to both of you. This little running spat is becoming tedious to everyone. You search each other out even when it isn't necessary in order to engage in silly and puerile put downs that do nothing to further along the situation. If this continues, the easiest thing to do is just have you both banned.

Couldn't catch the game because I had class. I really don't care about the Coppa and I never got the sense any Serie A players did either, so people shouldn't put that much into the game. I just see the tournament as a drag given on our lofty ambitions and limited resources. I just wished we'd withdrawn or lost the first game but the whole board would make a stink over losing to a Serie B team even though players treat this thing like a glorified training match. Glad to Cisse score though, hopefully it translates to good form in the real campaigns.
P.S. Please don't bash me for saying I wish we lost earlier in the Coppa Italia and question my fan hood. Italians will always tell me its a "trofeo di pizza e birra" roughly translated as a pizza and beer trophy. Meaning it has the prestige of winning a tournament made up of municipal teams, where the winners are treated to a dinner at the local eatery/trattoria that sponsored it.

WTF with Dias?! Was already against Inter so much without mental stability! Looks to me more like Pepe, than that beast he was last season, feared by every opponent!??? Great for Cisse to have that goal! As Coppa is useless as we reacht EL anyway(?? :-P)!! So no problem and focus on Serie A! We should even leave EL! With proud, but we should quit and focus on that god damn CL spot!n Only qualification for group stage gives us more money, than we get as a whole for the rest of EL matches till title, even if its a hard and long way to go either, even after beating Atleti...
Was still very impressed about first half and that chances and display...that Milan goals (1,2) were nearly lucky moments for them, moments of class though! Like Inter defeat.. Forza!

Well, again it happened, Reja had shitty tactics and Stankevichius, Gonzales and Ledesma were useless! Klose missed the chance of the game with that header going wide...i think Reja needs to fucking stop using Cisse and a winger, cause i cant watch him anymore. Reja is behaving like he is coaching youngsters or kids, who are like 12 years old, so he changes their position when he brings them into the club. I am really getting pissed because of his bullshit and illogical moves. I am really surprised not to see Zauri playing, Rejas favorite player! It just cant get into my head how the fuck can he use players that are SHIT! He could let me play cause i am 100% faster than retarded Stankevichius! Taking out Hernanes every fucking game on the fucking half time is just too fucking much for me to fucking take! And Ibrahimovics nose was deep inside offside when he scored, i dont know how the ref couldnt see that! And Dias made my day when he punched Van Bommel! I was so happy, only thing missing was that motherfuckers blood! Anyway, now we play in Verona, we have to win there, and then Milan! FORZA LAZIO
