I don't even understand what the problem is here. Just don't post if you don't want to. boh?

I just think why did we have to sign a player who has flopped at Juve, is a Romanista and is one that Cesena, in a relegation battle, were happy to give up. Tare was a awful footballer and is mirroring that performance as a sporting director for the most part. We should have moved for Marino when Napoli let him go, after all he's worked with Reja before and coming to work for Lazio in one of the worlds best city's is not that much of a hard sell.

I just found out that candreva made that comments when he was just 14, surely we can't say he is a Roma 100%, also most of his family are lazio fans.
So for me he is a lazio man now, let's get behind him and wish him well with us .

Very decent article!!

BUT time will prove, if he has success and more if WE lose our values, or HE will get ours "injected"...
We have our Lazio and our values and our pride and everything that stands against Merda and Juve-Milan Merda!
But whats bigger, our Lazio and history or this kid, who will fail or become blue! THERES NO OTHER WAY!!! But both possible and time will tell!

PS: Dont want to start another discussion, as many of you might dont wish, but to share my opinion and that good article!

Very Good article, but im going to wait for Candreva's press conference before I jump to conclusions about him. Perhaps he may shed some light about his comments when he was a youth.

Ok Latius.. I will swicht teams for a bag of sand as a matter of fact i am typing this fast so i can run to watch a polo match.

Your a Fucking tool, a Loser who sits around in front of videogames and plays with your pimples. Candreva is a player for Lazio and my "Bullshit profesionalism argument" is actually one that makes quite a bit of sense if you pull your head out of your ass for just one second.

Im sorry he is not Di canio's son its truely a pity and i agree with you on that. For the rest your just taking this whole Candreva thing way to seriously and As I was in Rome this weekend I can assure you that after his preformance in the game against Genoa True Lazio fans hate Garrido much more than they hate Candreva.

im not roman nor do i stay in rome,(wish i did),so i cant speak for them on how they really feel about the signing of candreva.
but has everyone stopped to think that he was 14 when he said he supprted roma, just a young spotty kid saying things he didnt really mean,we have all done and said things we regretted when we were little kids, anyone who sais different is a liar full stop.
this is a storm in a bath tub, people getting above their station etc,let the boy show what he can do,then judge him end of this season.
i hate roma as much as anyone ,as i nearly came a cropper last season at the derby, the vast majority of roma fans are scum, always will be.
lazio are the 1st team of rome that wont change,so lets not drag the name of ss lazio into the gutter.
we are an original football club, the fans have original ideas,so we must remain to stand above the rest.

I like the article for his realistic view that soccer is a business but then h falls into the shallow mindedness that I've been arguing against. This has been blown way out of proportion by the usual idiots of the media including this author.
He was 14 for fuck sakes when he made that comment. I'd like to hang the idiot that dug up that story from 10 years ago.
Forza Lazio - Forza Candreva, hope he proves all the haters wrong on Thursday.

I agree that it doesnt have to mean that if he was a merda fan when he was 14 he still is...but someone also said that most of his family are Lazio. Him singing for Lazio, being a merda fan, and most of his family being Laziali just makes me wonder what is the problem with this guy? Mercenary who supports the club that most of his family hate and who plays for the club that he, if he really is still merda, hates. I just cant understand that. I understand that its better for him to play for Lazio than for fucking cesena, but still...We were promised players who are worth millions of euros, world class players and in the end we get candreva, which to me is insulting! I just cant like him, its just something i cant do. You can call it shallow but i think its more of a rivalry than anything other. I dont mind anyone playing for Lazio except merda. Imagine all those moments we were sad for, those are the moments he was happy for. Every moment you screamed at merda for having a penalty that was not a penatly and the ref not giving us one when he should, candreva probably laughed at us like a little rat from his hole. Its just not natural to have a guy like him in our club. Its like being a serbian and playing for croatia, or being a palestinian and playing for israel...If there isnt place for him in merda there isnt a place for him in Lazio!

there has been no evidence he supports roma  ,seems like many people jumping on the haters bandwagon  .
after a few weeks it will all be forgotten about, imagine if he scores the winner in the derby next month.
that really will be a site to see.
