"I am the reflection of the supporters" - Di Canio

It is now official!  Giuseppe Sculli is a Lazio player until 2015.  This morning accompanied by our intimidating looking team manager Manzini, Sculli, another man from the shady parts of Locri (Reggio-Calabria) becomes our latest acquisition putting pen to paper for 4 years making just under 1 million euros a season.

For the last 4 and half years Beppe Sculli has been at Genoa under Gasperini (until his sacking this year) where he made 122 appearances, 22 goals, and the attention of Inter and Roma, with which last summer had nearly reached agreement with Inter before falling apart.

For Lazio, he brings a fury for getting into the 18 yard box, but more importantly he's a versatile winger that can play forward as well.  His first words today at the Padeia clinic: (With regards to tomorrow's match against Roma) "I hope I can bring to the bench, certainly not in the field from the first minute,"

Welcome Giuseppe, play with the same intensity as you've shown for Genoa over the last 4 years.

* Sculli will dawn the number 77 shirt as it is the sum of his favorite number 14

It's almost a year to the date that we signed him and now it's confirmed that he will leave.  My opinion on Sculli or what we've affectionately been known to call him (me, Latius & 61514) PALLE!  For his inability to score goals 3 feet in front of him, or barely make a run to save his fat ass.

With Tare confirming that he is steps away from Genoa let me be the first to big Giuseppino an addio.  Strangely enough I thought i'd feel better about him getting the hell out of Rome.  Maybe it's because there's rumour of family issues, maybe its because i'm worried that we won't fill the roster spot, or maybe it's for the sheer fact that I won't know who i'm gonna hate in the starting XI anymore.  Who will I be able to shout bloody murder at?

I'm so torn.   ....nevermind FUCK YOU SCULLI SERIE B!

No I agree with Baggio in that point! And that doesnt make him a Lazio hater! Ridiculous! And that only rises tension again, grantlazio! Its a kind of poor insult just as it is to try and prove someone not being a Lazio fan cause he has an opinion!
I am sooo happy, that Sculli leaves!
But a advice, we still have Gonzalez and Ledesmas form to shout at!

While I wasn't a Sculli fan (too many wasted opportunities for my liking) I have always been rather surprised by the hatred toward him. I mean he had a good work rate and generally did what was asked of him. boh?

Oh well, to each his won i guess.

yes i dont have any gripe with someone who has an opinion,be it good or bad,but its always abuse all the time from the baggio towards lazio, pisses me off, even when we won v atlanta i didnt see too much positive comments,so its support lazio or desolve.

Mr. Negative is back to say I will never respond to asinine comments by grant or anybody else that questions my Lazialita.

I think my opinion on Sculli has be seconed and third and forthed by many other members on this forum.

Gianni Calcio Said today:
Quote
"Honestly lets all give a big shout out to Genoa for taking that load of shit Sculli! Are they on drugs?
Arshavin would be a huge step up in quality! Then add a solid mid like that Ralf guy and we have coverage especially when Mauri comes back. hopefully he can re gain his form."

Talk about Sculli joining Genoa in some sort of swap deal which would get us Kucka or Konstant? Don't know a lot about these players but they can't be more useless then Sculli.

Quote from: Capo_Mauri on January 03, 2012, 06:04:18 PM
We need Gonzalez and Sculli to be replaced with quality!

EVEN THE FLAG WAVING OVER POSITIVE FORUM LION GRANT HAD THIS TO SAY ABOUT GIUSEPPE SCULLI AKA BALLS!
quote author=grantlazio
we should really go for gilardino, the perfect partner for klose, and offload gonzalez, kozac and sculli, although sculli has done ok when called upon this season,he isnt good enough overall.

And one of my favorites from latius:

I hope milan thrashes the zingari on monday most of all. Napoli = Merda much like Sculli = sweaty balls.

FORZA LAZIO!

And last but not least:

by Latius on: February 09, 2011, 06:40:18 PM »

According to Lazialita:

Sculli is currently overweight (su Sculli ancora un po' sovrappeso) .. this is the funniest shit i've read today. So during mercato not only did we buy genoa scraps .. but we decided on an old fat dude ? .. who the F**K are our scouts ?? and how did they end up deciding on this guy to help the squad ? someone tell this guy to hit the treadmill and put the porchetta sandwich down! .. then of course i could have read the sentence wrong .. in which case i'll end my digression with with SCULLI = BALLS!

====================================================================================================================
So as you can see I am not the least in a minority for hating on Sculli.  The guy was brought here to score goals and chip in as a second striker.  He scored a total of 4 goals from January 18 2011 to January 18 2012.  He proved to be over-weight and very slow while missing countless chances in front of goal. I should be a poet, but instead I will accept your challenge grant since I will be in Rome very soon.  Come find me you stupid keyboard lion fuck!

FUCK YOU & YOU'RE BOYFRIEND SCULLI.   ....oh and FORZA LAZIOOOOOO

Good reflection, but I missed quotation of mine there!
I was also happy and never heaped praise on him! He was a good player, but never quality...

Should Lazio be a good or a quality side?!

I like his spirit, work rate, and the way he threw his body in for headers... good luck back home Giuseppe.

And did we get any money from Genoa?
