I'll piss on the parade though. He'll come back to us in the Summer and the whole damn process will start all over again.

Ruin what exactly? He was only going out on loan for the rest of the season. There is not much cause for celebration in the end if he comes back in the summer. Also, the chance of Makinwa leaving at all, at least to Poland, is very, very slim at the moment.

£57

Mind you, that's pretty much standard for an unused, clean shirt

I understand the cost of the jersey itself .. but Makinwa's name should depreciate the price by $55. Please let this be his last season .. he's one player i wish could/would use article 17 so we don't have to see or hear from him anymore.

GUYS!

Imper

Bored at work, suicidally bored. So I thought I'd read a few old posts. What did I find on the 1st page of the Mercato thread.... are you ready for this?

Our passionate, knowledgable and intelligent demigod that is.... Imperatorlativm!!!

I think Makiinwa has a lot of potential and could end up being a true superstar but its still early.

I know he didn't have the best season, but I kinda think that if we let Makinwa go we might regret it. He could develop into a true phenom. 00 boh?

Three year old posts? Mah, you must be bored.

Nevertheless, if we're going to go, let's go ALL the way....

Makinwa's record in 2007 as a 24 yr old striker....

2004-2005 GENOA C.F.C. B       18 6
01/2005 ATALANTA CALCIO A    17 6
2005-2006 U.S. PALERMO A       23 5
2006-2007 S.S. LAZIO A           25 3

And, he was Rossi's guy (the same Rossi people despised and now lament). So all in all, in 2007, with many equivocations...yeah so what?

And btw, I did some of my own research, and pulled up a picture of Theo from grade school...

Whether or not you were under the influence of an LSD induced expresso... the words Makinwa, phenomenon... classic.
