I'm not really sure why people got the impression he wasn't a good player in the first place. I remember him from Bologna and he's always bveen impressive. The only knock is that he may be a little fragile - but if he stays healthy and plays regularly, watch out! They don't compare him to Zidane for notheing (hopefully he doesn't headbut anyone )

i think your right .. yesterday was the first time we saw both of them on the field at the same time which should be a regular thing. Meghni came on at the end of the game which i find strange considering all the buzz around him from players, coaches and fans .. and yet we keep scaloni on for most of the game.

I think I'M better than Mauri right now....I'm not impressed at all with him right now (Mauri) and was never a big fan in the first place. But Meghni has been playing well and I guess just needed to get in shape. Too bad it took him a couple of extra months to do that...

WTF .. this guy is now out for 2 months .. this team is cursed .. we get mauri back and now meghni is injured .. will this guy ever get his chance to shine ? I think we've seen every player on the field this year miss a game or two or months due to injuries .. maybe we can use some of the money we make from stendardo for a priest to give blessings as well as a psychiatrist mentioned in a past post to be part of the staff...lol
