Carizzo on loan to Zaragozza with their option to sign him for 10-12 million. Apparently the Matuzalem deal was linked and Matu will be ours for 6 million or so.
I don't know about the others but I'm fine with this development...maybe matu is going yo show us his real worth this year...10 mil euros as a transfer fee for a GK!? Not so sure its going to happen BUT I like the sound of it!

JP wants another chance at Lazio. He says he still has fond memories of Rome and the fans and would like a chance to prove himself. Personally, unless someone is willing to buy him now, I don't see anything wrong with him as a backup in an attempt to restart his career. It would be good for Lazio if it works out, or at the least raises his value. boh?

If he comes back he should see as much playing time as Berni did. If he's comfortable stepping in if muslera gets hurt .. why not ? but i see no reason for this guy to ever get any playing time over nando. If anything he should be loaned out again until he proves he's valuable. If he's not valuable to other teams, he's not valuable to us. He's another Argentine flop along with Zarate.

I can do pure shit as well. I think Zarate is a flop. One good season and one goal so far is not enough for the 20 million we have paid for him. I'm happy to see him go if he doesn't meet the requirements myself, Imper and Latius have said elsewhere on the forum. As for Carrizo, absolutely no way, not even as a back-up. I will not forget his abject performances at home to Lecce and Cagliari - some of the worst mistakes I have ever seen a Lazio keeper make. It's one thing being an Argentina fan but that makes me double bitter when they don't deliver.

for what we paid ? last season he not only barely scored but he was a ball hog too which means he barely created any chances too. Other than the one goal we finally got from him this season i don't see anything different. Maybe not as big a flop as carrizo .. but still a flop. Maybe he'll turn around .. who knows .. but in the mean time he's pure shit mate.

He made terrible mistakes in the last games -.-
I really don't want him back, he's bloody overrated. For a backup player he's too expensive (he got over 1Mio. salary)

Carizzo?!?! Seriously! Prove Himself??!?!? We gave him almost a full season for fuck sakes. He's useless. He's only saying these pleasent things now b/c we're top of the table. Everyone is full of praise right now for even Lotito. Give me a break all these part-time fans can eat it.
Berni is the most useful back-up there is. Never complains, steps in when called upon. I could have sworn JP was intending on making his loan to River permanent as soon as it was reached in August.
And yes Zarate flopped. Took a look at our salaries yesterday, he is the top earner. I'll post it under another thread regarding the wages though.
In summary JP can go 'sgambetta' his way off our payroll, and his countryman Bizzari with him, another useless fuck. Forza Tomassino Berni

Finally, we have a quality goalkeeper between the sticks since Peruzzi retired. The saga with Balotta was embarassing for both parties and Carizzo was a liability from start to finish. Muslera has proven his quality in our colours, and those of Uruguay, even if he does make the odd blip. As for back up, no. Carizzo would not accept the bench and would only disrupt Muslera I feel.

In case anyone missed the Inter game. I thought this would be a nice addition to his thread here. Fuckup at 3:15 .. Even Lotito coulda saved that one.

Typical Carrizo.... Damn it! And when they face us, he holds the line like a Hero and we loose 3-1 cause of that bastard or something like that! We better take our chances, when we face them!

I was thinking the same thing when i saw that goal. SOOOOO typical of Carizzo. He makes a bunch of good saves and then basically commits an own goal. He's just infuriating.
