Has to be Maple Syrup - C'mon people, get with it. Although having been raised on Nutella, pretty much Nutella on anything and your good. @Pia, I got a great Yogurt and oatmeal and brown sugar pancake recipe which has bannanas as an option which is very good indeed. I don't like bannanas since IMO they're for children and monkeys in my opinion

Definitely Nutela is the best choice! But pancakes goes with almost everything. :) I actually don't know a man, who doesn't love pancakes. One of the top 10 inventions of the human kind :P (Alkohol and women are also in the top )

Good question! I must say it makes me wonder. Which inventions?! Maybe Adam's. :D If we are going to play dirty: noone knows which invention are the pancakes but this doesn't make them less delicious, now is it? :D

A bit late but worth mentioning. Near the 1940's and so forth, Italian Emigration to Canada were coming fast and in bunches. These people were called the Italian Diaspora. When the Italian emigrants came, the only job they could pick up without proper schooling was Manuel Labor. Italians were cheap, hard working people and were the backbone of structuring the city of Toronto. Since Canadians and other Asian immigrants were not familiar with dirty hands and a shovel, Italians did the dirty work. I cant imagine them making any more than say 10 dollars an hour. Of course the dollar was worth more back in the day, but you can imagine how cheap the labor was. Anyways, my grandfathers were a Laborer and a Drywaller(Even was in the CN Tower project) and had read along with 90% of Italian Male Emigrants to Canada were involved in Construction. Italians essentially built Toronto and our diaspora had sacrificed themselves to give their children grandchildren a better place to live. In 1960, just yesterday was 50 years since the Hoggs Hollow Disaster. Five Italian Emigrants to Canada were working in a mine. Well here's the story http://www.cobtrades.com/hoggs.htmlI saw this documentary on TLN and felt disturbed but proud. Its a GREAT documentary if you can find it on. I cannot even imagine what these five young men with families were going through, suffocating and praying for their lives. A huge Italian community that had came to the scene had to be detained from them jumping in the mine shaft themselves to try and rescue. Because of this incident, Italians in the GTA at the time threw on a huge rant and forced unions to raise their standards of work conditions, not just for mining but all labor trades. Just thought that some of you's in the GTA would like the bit of history our parents/grandparents made and the difference they have made. Fifty year mark since this disaster happened. As an unionized electrician apprentice, I can thank them and unfortunately this disaster for much safer regulations. Ave Italian Diaspora.

I got the job I start on Monday. For those not in the know, it's as close to my dream job as I could realistically get. I shall be a radio station manager for a brand new radio station, and not too far away either. My job will involve; - Scheduling output - Broadcasting - Training n00bs And god knows what else, I really don't know. Wage is pretty low but all radio jobs outside of London either don't pay, or are just above minimum wage. I think I'm along the lines of £200-£250 a month. As I say, pretty piss poor but in terms of job satisfaction, I may as well be a millionaire. A manager position at 22? Sorry to do go all Fantauzzi on you all... but I think I've done well And of course.. I can be mean and nasty to my army of underlings... perhaps I'll end up being nicer on the forum! But not too much.

Честито Congrats mate, I'm really happy for you. Manager at 22, you are very lucky brother. So, after the hangover and all excitement is over, do you really have an idea what to do?

Couldn't translate that for love nor money. And I have plenty of both. Jo-bro, Tbh I should be ok but that won't stop me being nervous. This is, when all is said and done, my first, full-time, paid radio broadcasting job. I've only had part-time before. It'll take me a while to get a feel for anything, what boundaries I have, and how far I can actually push other people. I am answerable to 2 other people which I'm actually happy with because I'd be shit scared having a throne and being everybody's boss.... maybe when I'm 24
