Attention Laziale in the GTA. A number of us, both forum members and not, are planing to get together to watch the Samp-Lazio season opener at Bar Curva Nord this Sunday. Besides the game, we are hoping to meet to discuss the future of the club and establish a more permanent venue for following the matches and meeting. If you are interested in contributing your ideas please come out to the bar at 1:45 on Sunday, an hour before the match, so that we can work out the finer details. Seriously guys?
I got there at about 1:30 and was the only person there. Too bad the Lazio game was not even broadcasted. But hey, my two hours of TTC transit was all worth it: I had a decent cafe and got to hear/watch the usual geezers play cards/yell. Pretty sad that a meeting intent on the future of LCC was attended by no one.
