I like Becks for one reason. Do I care about his charity work? No. Do I care about his aftershave? No. Do I care for his passion and past performances for the English NT? HELL NO.
I love Becks because he has played abroad i.e in leagues other then that ghastly EPL shit. Real Madrid and AC Milan, which are in my two favourite leagues. And in particular with Milan he has shown a serious professionalism and love for the team which I think he showed at Man United but not necessarily at Madrid I don't think - although under Capello he was good there too. (Plus he was made a figure of hate by the nation when Simeone <3 got him sent off for English... but I loved it

Any English footballer who plays abroad I love automatically. Matt Derbyshire, young English striker, said fuck off to Blackburn and now plays for Olympiakos. Jermaine Pennant at Zaragoza. Whenever it happens, I respect them greatly.
This stems from the fact that Gascoigne came to Lazio which was quintessential for me becoming a Lazio fan, I wouldn't be here otherwise. Likewise David Platt and Gary Lineker and many others have treaded the boards in an other country... but it happens less and less in recent years because currently the EPL has boring, easy, long ball football where you can guarantee yourself 20 unmarked headers/tap-ins a season with an astronomical wage.
Anyway... back to funny video's. I still don't get what the video's about, but what the hell.
