The Mercato is a success, come on what did you expect?
I expected better players. You know, how the likes of Palermo and Napoli seem to pick up world class players for cheap. We pick up shit people for cheap, and pay too much for only 'good' players i.e Floccari. I'll reserve judgement on him, although he has had a good start, a good start means bugger all.

Biava has been playing regularly in Serie A for many seasons now and it could mean the end of Siviglia, fantastic.
Yeah, and we'll replace Siviglia with someone only 4 years younger who is beginning his own decline and has the same pace as Siv.
Like most of you I am not happy with Andre Dias but Thiago Silva also came straight from Brazil so I'm gonna give him a chance and see how he turns out.
Yeah why not. I mean Baronio came straight from Italy like Marco Tardelli.
The Ledesma issue, he will be sold in the summer. Article 17 prevents him from joining Inter or Juve or any Italian club so he will beg to be sold in July.
Or he could just leave for nothing.
We also kept Kolarov.

1. Better players? Hitz, Floccari and Biava are significant improvement of what we have.
2. If we had gotten Simon Kjær when he was in Midjylland you would have wined. Give them a chance and they could come good. Get them while they're young and cheap, since we can't produce anything from the Primavera I personally love getting good prospects from around the world.
3. Biava is an improvement. The main problem was (is) the midfield. Biava is a solid player and was playing regularly for Genoa (29 times in the league last season).
4. British humor heh? Defenders coming from Brazil aren't always crap (Look at Thiago Silva), give him a chance and he could come good.
5. Ledesma will not use the 17 article. He would have to play outside of Italy and clubs aren't happy with the ruling and could refuse to sign him. He will use it if Lotito declines to sell him, but that won't happen. He already lost in court so I don't expect him to have a successful appeal.
