I'm a little confused with the Sporting Director situation .. is Walter Sabatini still part of the club ? Might make sense to why this market seems a little slow.... i read he's still on contract.

Nevermind, I guess this article confirmed it ... Sabatini confirmed he is leaving, this time he isnt changing his mind and it was a painful decision.

When I hear about Sabatini I was glad. After last summers mercato I never hated anymore more ... well maybe Lotito ... but we didnt get  carizzo last summer and the players barely had an impact on the team (meghni, delnero, scaloni, vignaroli, muslera).

I didn't know he is responsible for hiring new players. If is that so put him in package with Lotito.

Sabatini took the blame when we didn't get carizzo and almost resigned as a result but Lotito persuaded him to stay. He's working for palermo now. Not sure who took his position.

I read on Newspapper an Interview with Igli Tare and it says that Lazio offered him a new contract but not as a player but as a Sport Director, so there is a chance that Tare will replace Sebatini.

I read they would give him a position on staff but to replace sabatini ??? Not sure if that would be a wise move. I'm glad they are trying to keep him NOT as a player anymore.

GOOD LUCK IGLI!

Well I think Tare is the worst singing ever step on Olimpico. And for sport director I think he is not qualified about the job, but Lazio and Lotito can always surprise us (in bad term)

I think he might just help out with the staff .. how could he qualify for a job as a sporting director .. really a bad choice if this was true.
